I recently visited the CVS store and had an exceptional experience thanks to one of the employees, Kennedy. From the moment I walked in, Kennedy greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Kennedy went above and beyond to assist me with finding the items I needed. Not only was she knowledgeable about the store's layout and product availability, but she also took the time to understand my needs and provide personalized recommendations. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.
When I had questions about a particular product, Kennedy was incredibly patient and provided clear, concise information, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the shopping experience pleasant and stress-free.
It's clear that Kennedy takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers she serves. Employees like her make a significant difference in the overall customer experience, and I hope CVS recognizes her outstanding efforts.
Thank you, Kennedy, for making my visit to CVS a memorable one. I will definitely be returning to this store and recommending it to others because of the exceptional service I received.

went in for a sinus infection and the "doctor" barely talked to me the whole time and didnt tell me anything about what she was seeing when she was sticking stuff into my ears and throat. didnt give a diagnosis and made me feel absolutely horrible about not having the payment immediately ready at the end. this type of place is mainly for low-income people, and youd think theyd understand. but no, just like every other healthcare facility, they just pump you for your money and send you on your way wondering why you even tried to find out what was wrong. this is whats wrong with the healthcare system, no one cares and only goes into the field for the money. don't recommend! :) just spend the extra money (if you have it) to go to an actual hospital, because no matter how small my problems are, park view has always seemed to care. trust me.

There's a female pharmacy person. She is rude and is on a power trip. She changes her story with every breath. She needs not only people skills but customer service skills.

Provider on duty couldn't give a DOT physical yet they allowed me to schedule the appt. So I wasted my time because they can't update their scheduling system to not allow people to schedule appointments when they aren't qualified. Thanks for nothing CVS

I would go anywhere but here, if my insurance didn’t have a deal with them. They close daily for lunch. They are completely closed on Saturdays because they are short staffed. They randomly close other times. They can’t get hardly any medication. If they do it’s super diluted. Try giving your toddler 15 mls of a nasty tasting antibiotic.Go across the road to Walgreens and the pharmacy is overflowing with people. Guarantee CVS doesn’t take care of their employees and this is why they are so short. Will probably end up going back to Walgreens regardless of my insurance having a deal with CVS.

I filled a script for an antibiotic there on 3/27. I get up at 4 to take it and notice that the pill count doesn't look right so I double check and instead of the 30 I was prescribed and paid for, I was given 21. What is the purpose of that? 9 of them aren't going to help the thief but it will hurt me. Filing a complaint with corporate AND the State board. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Have been sick made appointment at minute clinic. Show up for my scheduled appointment on time, then told a “walk in” who needed numerous shots needed Atleast a 30 minute visit would be taken care of first over my scheduled appointment. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment then? The nurse was not rude but I believe they should have taken a scheduled appointment over a walk in that requires Atleast 30 minutes for shots. I clearly don’t feel well, just wanted seen real quick for my scheduled appointment and go home. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. So I guess walk in is the best way to go from now on. I left.

I usually don't have a problem here. However there's a cashier up front Caucasian woman who is very very rude. I went Make a purchase using there rewards money thing. I wanted to use it all up at once. After scanning my items I had a little bit of rewards left decided to get some candy. She told me to push the button if I wanted a receipt or not. I didn't wanna do that knowing it end the transaction. She insisted so I did. She then said oops it ended the transaction action. Yes I rolled my eyes at her. She the very rudely snatches the candy to put it back. Never asking if I still wanted it or assuming I didn't have cash. Which I did have. She looked down her nose at me and was rude the whole time. Get better help.
