Not entirely sure how a business can operate dispensing crucial and potentially life saving medicine and just make up their own hours. Closed Friday 4/5 and Saturday 4/6 for no rhyme or reason.
There is no excuse for this from a multi billion dollar company. CVS, do better. I will be transferring all RXs out of CVS to a pharmacy I can more reliably get my medication in a timely fashion.

This is the worst website I have ever dealt with! I have so much trouble trying to fill my, and my 3 Children's scripts. I will be taking all my families business elsewhere! I'm done!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 9 waited 20 minutes,finally a tech arrived and told me it will be at least an hour before they have a pharmacist. Left, came back at noon,stood in long line, script not filled, that was called in yesterday. Waited another 45 minutes with a toddler. Finally got my script filled. Will never shop there again.

Horrific experience! Went to get a COVID booster and the pharmacist took 10 min to enter my insurance info in the system to later be told that it wouldn’t go through! Needless to say I went right down to Walgreens and within one min it was approved!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used — I’ve worked retail pharmacy for 6 years. I only use cvs now because I’m mandated by the new speciality rx company I work for. This store needs to get it together.

Vish in the pharmacy is the absolute best. Great guy. Super nice. Everything you use to get from your local pharmacy! Now the GM is drama, but I don’t deal with them.

Pharmacy is an absolute disaster. Been there 3x in the last 3 months to pick up prescriptions and the Pharmacists can't find it. Today they flat out told me to redirect my prescription to a more "well equipped and efficient" cvs location

This place is a total Joke. Not only is the staff unprofessional, and they have zero humans doing the checkout. The "lady" running the minute clinic is pathetic, first she's an hour late, then she's combative, rude, unprofessional and get this ...she's total germ-phobic person. She's abrasive, arrogant and literally on the verge of loosing her mind. This woman "Barb" needs to get a new job. It's pretty sad when you fail at working the clinic at CVS, I feel sorry for adults who can't adult. Go elsewhere, I wouldn't trust this "woman" with a hamster.

CVS are price gouging. They are selling surgical masks (that were packaged individually in a likely non-sterile environment) for $1.99 apiece. Despicable.

We are in a Pandemic and you dont have so much as an Alcohol wipe at your signature pad n the pharmacy pick up area. Do you not understand people have been tested for Covid and are picking up meds for it? Shame on you for protecting your staff with a table several feet away but no wipes or anything at the signature pad to protect patients.
