I had prescription that needed refilled I insurance didn't cover the whole price Hannah went above and beyond working with manufacturer and helping me get this covered through abbvie worked on this since friday thanks again Hannah for all your help getting this resolved

If you don't want to get up and do your job just say that and I can take my business elsewhere. Only one booth was open albeit drop off/consultation/pickup all were closed saying next lane. So I waited while the girls in the back chatted. One finally came up. I tried to hand her my insurance card and she wouldn't even take it. Said that insurance wouldn't cover it. It's never been an issue before so I told her that. She went back and asked a girl who was sitting behind a computer. She couldn't be bothered to even get up and talk to me. Girl came back rambling about something I have never heard of and that insurances stopped covering this last May. If she would have looked me up she would have seen I had been there and picked up with no issue. Went to Walmart instead, no issues. Do better.

Doctor ordered my prescription in on December 28th, currently has been 7 days and CVS states they are "behind" on everyones prescriptions. This has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS at this location. We will be switching and not coming back here. Do NOT send your prescriptions here you won't get them until weeks later.

Day three my child has gone without his prescription I have been told for three days it’ll be ready for pick up after 5pm. Also was told it’ll be ready in 20 min come back 30 min still no prescription this will be our first and last time here at this store I refuse to purchase money orders and all I’m done with this location

Super slow to fill prescriptions and never consistent with notifying when things are ready. Even with the CVS app it doesn’t seem to help the quality of service. Only way to know for sure if they even have it and are working on filling a prescription is if you call and ask to speak with a pharmacist directly. What’s the point in the app or the texting program when they don’t use it themselves??

Went for Covid booster and flu vaccines. Signed up using the CVS app for the appointment earlier in the day. On time and professional service.
