Have been told things by staff including it takes 2 days to transfer medication (which my doctor wanted me to start same day) and they do not check other stores inventory for vaccines (I needed one they were out of stock on) was not offered a test claim to see if my insurance covered it. I feel like their staff knows insurances owned by cvs require you use their pharmacy and do not care about the level of service they are offering because your insurance is forcing you to use them anyways. 0/10 would not recommend

Horrible experience trying to get prescriptions. There is ALWAYS an issue any time we try to get prescriptions. They say they accept GoodRx coupons, but we tried to use them and were told there was a nationwide hack that isn't allowing them to use some coupons. I called GoodRx and they had no knowledge of this "hack" and confirmed the coupons should work. I called the pharmacy again and Sarah doubled down on her "hack" story and was extremely rude. Very unprofessional. CVS is the worst!

Went in to drop off a return and had the wrong label. I ended up buying something while I was there too. Penny was very kind and very friendly.

I don't have a problem with the actual store. Never been to this pharmacy. It's their Minute Clinic. I had an appt with the Minute Clinic & the staff NEVER showed up! I asked the store manager of this CVS what's going on with the Minute Clinic & he was rude about. Says he doesn't run it & theres nothing he can do. I had covid & ended up getting seen at IU Health. If u want to shop at this CVS, it's a well stocked store but don't waste ur time at the Minute Clinic. It's doubtful that staff will show up. Go to Redimed, Parkviews Clinics or IU Health.

Waited 40 minutes in pharmacy pickup line with my screaming toddler. Once I got to the window, they said the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes and to come back later

Online CVS offers copy and print services. However, I just visited two separate stores and found that all I can print is photographs. None of the staff at either location had any idea what I was talking about. I'm sure it's a fine pharmacy/ convenience store, but they should NOT be advertising DOCUMENT COPYING, when they don't offer it. Website says almost 5000 stores, which to my understanding is basically all of them. So, good job, thanks for wasting my time.

I have appointment at 4:40 pm. I come 30 mins before and check in but I have to wait until 5:15 and she keep calling someone. I talk with the manager, he said if I want to cancel it just leave the store. So mad with this CVS

Called this location twice for some questions about covid testing and they hung up on me twice after a short conversation about why I was calling. Hold time was 8 minutes, phone call was ~1 minute. Canceled my appointment and went elsewhere.
