The pharmacy opens at 9am and Its 9:26 am Thursday 2/07/2024 and the drive thru is still closed and 15 minutes plus on the phone trying to even see if there open? No signs on the windows?

I work for a place that has a lot of children, and I try to use CVS as much as possible not only for the kids but for my personal use as well. All of them are so helpful and always cheerful on the phone. They really enjoy their jobs and it comes across on the phone. :)

This pharmacy is pretty terrible. There are a couple of pharmacy techs who are very good, very nice, and very helpful. However, the head pharmacist is a man. He is not polite and not helpful. I always feel judged when picking my and my children's ADHD meds, like I'm a pill head. It really makes me upset. I'd switch to another pharmacy, but my insurance insists on CVS. Go to the Walgreens across the street if you can. They were always fantastic, and then I had to switch to CVS. I miss Walgreens.

This pharmacy has declined since the new male Pharmacist has started. He and his staff are unprofessional. They talk poorly of patients infront of other patients. Do not put patient care first and are more concerned about closing for lunch and cutting you off. Loose prescriptions. They use foul language when discussing patients that irritated them in an open environment for others closeby to hear. I dropped a prescription off and was told it would take 2 hours. 24 hours later they claimed they didn't have it. They later found it and the tech was very rude and gave me another time frame. Consider going elsewhere!

You would not believe the experience I’ve had at two CVS stores trying to get my prescriptions refilled. I am not going into detail because it came to the point of ad nausea him with their insufficient help! Previously, I had gone to Kroger and they just did a fabulous job but unfortunately insurance changed and they will be hearing from me too. Several times I called CVS only to have no one answer after waiting 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and then an hour and a half and still no answer! Thn they act like they know nothing about what you’ve been talking about so evidently we need to get some help in there that knows what’s going on

Terrible service, the pharmacist said something and then hung up without me getting a chance to say anything. People like that should not be in this profession.
