CVS is okay as far as pharmacies go. However I do get so annoyed with the app. There seems to be no communication between the app and the pharmacy. I delete auto refills but they do them anyway. I tell them when I pick it up and they say they will fix it but they don't. I went in the other day because they were filling a prescription uncovered by insurance and I told them to cancel it because I could buy OTC. They say okay but I am getting constant texts saying the script it ready. So annoying. Can't seem to cancel it in the app either.

Called around bc Costco was currently out of my of medications and my pharmacist suggested I called other pharmacies. This location was the rudest most condescending pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Our family from this experience will never spend money at CVS again. I merely asked if they had 2 medications available and had already been in their system. The pharmacy tech continued to talk over me and was extremely unprofessional. I feel sorry for the next person that calls because their original pharmacy is out.

Yesterday at the location on 770 East Dupont Road in Fort Wayne I was shopping for offers by CVS and didn't even use any coupons but the this African American female employee there was incredibly rude. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out she was very rude to me and wouldn't stop talking about me. It seemed like she did not want me shopping there and I wonder if it is because I am Asian. She refused to give me her name or any working ID so I could not report her to management. This happens every time I go to that CVS. I feel like the offers by CVS are to encourage more shoppers, but how well does this work when the employees mistreat their customers. I do not need to shop at CVS, I can go to other places. I'm disappointed that every time I go to this CVS I leave in a poor mood.

Really disappointed that CVS won't deliver any more. Trust my life saving meds to the postal service? I don't think so! Find a new pharmacy, better idea!

Horrible customer service denied service for buying a product. These people like to talk about your private life and ask questions that are personal to know if you come back or not. The staff is vey unprofessional and not respectful. Told me to go somewhere else even though they were paying for my cards for months before and now they started following a rule after months of going here. I have gone here for a year and suddenly changes when a pacific employee starts complains about me to other staffs. Don’t go here just go to the Walgreens their like a foot away, they don’t act like they are phd holders.

We used the CVS in the city we lived in before we moved to Fort Wayne. We had some hiccups when we were trying to transfer his meds but the staff helped tremendously and were very patient with us while trying to get this mess figured out. They are very helpful and informative.

CVS universally seems to have adopted the motto, "How can we not help you," but this particular location is s store where that phrase has been honed into an art. I am only a customer because my health insurance limits me to the chain and the second I become eligible for Medicare, it will be with great pleasure that I take my business elsewhere. Most of my medications are mailed from Caremark but two controlled substances have to be handled by CVS. When it is time for a refill, I call my doctor's office and take care of everything. I can't trust CVS to do it or it won't get done. Once the prescription is placed the problems begin. A text will be sent telling me the order is being processed, followed by one saying there is a delay, followed by another one telling me the medication is not in stock and has to be ordered. They will text me when the order is ready to pick up. Today makes a full week since the prescription was placed and the third day without an anxiety medication I have taken for 18 years. If this was the first time the store had to order medications for me, I would think it a fluke, but this is common. Half the time there is a complication in filling one or both of the drugs that require multiple trips to the store or extended lapses between the end of one prescription and the beginning of another. As anyone who suffers from anxiety can attest, going without medication I rely on for a week is not only inconvenient, it can be dangerous. When I first started the medication, my doctor was very clear in his instructions not to stop without notifying him since it could be dangerous to quit cold turkey. Talk to one of the pharmacists and see how little they care. Instead of any sense of need on her part, the worst of the drug crew just smiled at me and said, "We can't give you what we don't have!" No explanation why a basic drug used by millions of people wasn't accessible inside their store nor why other locations weren't contacted to see if one had the stock. She just gave me a condescending, smug look and dismissed me. That's common for her. The solution to stocking shortage seems simple. If the Dupont store doesn't have a drug in stock, find another nearby CVS that does and give the patient the option of going to that location to get the medication. For some unexplained reason, the pharmacist can't do that. She couldn't tell me what a text I received from CVS meant either. "I don't know" is not an answer I expect to hear from the pharmacist I give my business. The front end person has always been friendly but I don't do business in the front end of the store. It seems counterproductive for a pharmacy to sell liquor. The two don't mix. The rest of the store is filled with candy, unhealthy snacks, soda, cards, and cosmetics. Nearby are a Kroger and a Walmart that have all the same products at lower prices. I see no need when I enter the store to deviate from the well-marked path from the front door to the pharmacy. Would the cost of my medicine be lower if this part of the store was eliminated?

Ahh hecks naw this place just isn't for me. Let me explain. Well first it's in a screwy location, they don't stay open late enough, never no deals , and they turned me away for a prescription, OUT OF STOCK and use real generic generic's to begin with. Don't like the color of the decor in these stores, dim lit, ugly carpet and everything freaking orange or something weird, a little bit off products, I like Walgreens much better. CVS YOU LOSE YOU GET NOTHING FROM ME GOOD DAY SIR!

Always pleased with this CVS. Greeted when I walk in the door and it's kept clean. I often stop in here to grab a drink because it is near my barber. I have used the Minute Clinic multiple times and have always been taken care of well.

The pharmacists at this CVS are the rudest people I've encountered in my entire life. Not being hyperbolic here, upon giving them my info for an RX that'd been called in 24 hours earlier (and receiving a text that it was ready), one pharmacist (Krista) yelled at me that, "We don't even have these ready yet!!!" and slammed the window. A few moments later, after talking amongst themselves, another pharmacist came to the window and *literally* yelled at me to "Get out of the way! There are other customers we have to help!" as I waited for my prescription to be filled, you know... like everyone waits in the drive thru for their prescriptions. Unbelievable. I take pride in being polite and patient with others, but the treatment I received today was AWFUL. I truly hope these pharmacists are reprimanded for their total lack of respect for CVS' customers.

Good customer service and always seem to have all the medicine in stock to fill my prescriptions.
