The office staff is awesome, Jaimie & Nicole go above and beyond the job description. Maintenance has been great at fixing things as needed. We have nice neighbors to chat with, a playground for kids, and a pool but we'll see how that goes this summer. Aside from a little expensive, good place to live.

I have lived in here since 2009. And I have always paid my rent with a Money Order. I think it was in the Spring that the payment box was removed. Now we are asked to pay by Western Union or Bank Account. Not all of have access to Western Union. And some of us don't trust banks or Credit Unions because of bad experiences. I was always under the opinion that things should be made eaiser for the park attendients. Whatever happened to living no stress?

Vince came by when my pipes were frozen over the holiday weekend. He helped me strategically place some space heaters I had and by that evening everything was thawed. Also want to thank Larry so much for taking my call Christmas Eve and offering to bring me water until the pipes thawed even though he was swamped with other frozen customers. Great work guys!

Our staff here is great.. Jaime is easy to talk to and so helpful. Larry is an awesome maintance man so helpful and God love them all for putting up with me. My furnace went out on the coldest night yet and I talked with Jaime and she had maintance get me heaters to stay warm. Next day Larry and Chris were over getting me going again, needless to say I am a happy camper again.. Merry Christmas.. they always look out for me.

Tried getting a place here but kind of got screwed over. Paid $90 for the application, they told the lady we were trying to buy from that they couldn’t contact us, but we NEVER received a phone call. The guy we talked to said we didn’t have to fill out the landlord paperwork since… we don’t have a landlord… but the lady at the desk insisted we have our non existent landlord fill out the paper. Also he told me that I could just show bank statements for child support, lady at the front desk said we couldn’t use that. Wouldn’t even take copies of my boyfriends paystubs from ADP. Which the company he works for uses ADP, I’m sure someone here knows what that it is. No one ever wants to answer the phone. My boyfriend went in Friday to talk to them at around 4:20pm they were closed. Even though it closes at 5. Tried calling Saturday morning, nothing. It definitely seems like they just wanted our money for the application and weren’t even going to try to see if we would get approved. Should have listened to the reviews when they said they just want to take your money. They’re nice to you until they get your application fee. Then you’ll never hear from them again unless you call them constantly until they answer.

I've lived here for 2 years now and can not wait to move here real soon, they do not know how to run this place at all they have had 3 different owners since I've been here and at least 5 times a year they shut off our water with no notice at all just so they can work on it and sometimes the water is shut off all day.and there is someone on my block that has been Vandalizing And stealing people's stuff and i told the office about it even maid a report to the cops and they still have not kicked him out and that's been over 2 months now.and the Receptionist is very rude and nasty to people and always try's to over charge us for rent every month and her name is Barb by the way. So if your thinking about moving here then you might wanna think again.

Poor communication with residents....poor billing system...repeated intimidation...even to residents who pay on time.
