I love Costcos, but this one had terrible traffic, long lines for the food court and a shortage of tables. Cars lining up for gas blocked people from leaving the parking lot.

Billion dollar store and only has ONE exit. 30 minutes to leave the parking lot. Many items priced differently at checkout than they’re marked on the floor. Greeters only ask ethnic people for their membership card, have been coming here for MONTHS. And at first I thought it was just a coincidence. Without fail, they’ll let all the Caucasian members pass so they can question the ethnic looking members. I love Costco and I hate to say it, but this is the worst location.

It's always to crowded and long lines. Good for business but uncomfortable foe shoppers. They should extend their hours.

Usually a really great place but sometimes I feel like they have more registers than people. They really need to figure out their parking lot situation. It’s a total disaster. I’ve seen like four accidents in the last week just in the parking lot. The store itself is wonderful, but that parking situation is god-awful People trying to get out people trying to get in. There’s just too much might as well have a conveyor belt to bring the cars in at this point because that would be safer than what’s going on now my goodness most of the time they do a really great job in the store you can’t really ever find anybody that works there that isn’t running around so if you need help most of the time I have to ask somebody that’s giving out free samples but when I do get help, they’re very kind and courteous. The register is so jampacked so there’s not really any time for customer service I mean, let’s be honest, it’s always crazy there, but they have great deals. Lots of options. Most of stuff is usually really easy to find unless you’re looking for something specific then you’re well kind of had a luck. I would recommend Costco regardless of these things, but if you don’t have car insurance and don’t mind the traffic jams or annoyed customers trying to get in and out, I would say come one come all. Seriously guys can you guys fix your parking situation? It’s insane. Fort Wayne needs it to be better at this point you guys need a traffic light. If it wasn’t for that parking lot situation, you guys would have five stars from me.

Although the was busy. The lines were moving pretty good. I did not wait long at all.
Update: My visit today was quick. Getting out of the parking lot took a little time. Over all not to bad though.

As with anywhere, you watch what you buy. Costco will save you money. Downside of Ft. Wayne location is getting out when they're busy. I do wish they'd quit moving things around.
