I rented a car that ended up with a nail in it. It was late and the only place open was costco to help. Blake was so very helpful with looking at the tire and giving us option. And when he couldn't help he did some seaching of other places that might be able too provide us with the tire we need. Then he took the spare off and put the donut on it. Very speedy service and kind. I appreciate everything they could do for us!

I purchased my tires from costco because of the warranty. I called this tire shop and explained to them that I ha ran over a nail and had to put a plug in the tire. When I dropped the vehicle off I explained to them that it was the driver side rear tire and there was a plug in it. No I have just driven over an hour to come here and after they brought my truck in the shop they told me that they could not put a patch on the tire because I had already put a plug in it. They told me.I had voided the warranty by putting a plug in it.Even though I had already explained to them twice that there was a plug in it. Just drove over an hour to get here Drove over an hour to get here and I am leaving on a tire that still leaks. Every experience I have had with their tire shops was bad. I would suggest going to a real tire shop. I canced my membership.

Ordered new tires and had to wait over 10 days for an appointment, i understand that can be normal, but then when I took the tires to be installed, they left me wait for over an hour just to tell me they couldn't get one of the tires off and start explaining a bunch of non sense, and how i need to set up an appointment with a mechanic to get the tire off the car... so I left and start calling mechanics, then i was lucky enough to find a certified mechanic to look at the car.... the mechanic looked at the car, was able to remove all the tires right the way and has no clue what the note from Costco tire center was about ( i had them right me a note about what needed to be done to the car)......then i called the manager to complain, i manager said I can bring the car right back and they will install the tires, i did, had to wait for another 1 and half hour ( now over h hours are gone).....the worst part is that when they hand me the car and I drove it home, the tires light turned on, on the the way home....in all cases, something needs to be done by Costco to get the tire center more operational.

Bought tires, they could not get one lug nut off...stripped it, then told us that we need to go to a professional auto shop to get it removed, and then they will put on the front tires. No refund. After we waited a week for all the tires to arrive, and had to reschedule the appts when they came in separately. After we get these on, I will never come back here for tires.

Ordered new tires and had them installed at the Fort Wayne, IN Costco Tire Center on 1/11/24 by Dan S. Upon leaving noticed an immediate slight thumping noise, however I had an appointment immediately following the install that I had to go to, so I was unable to immediately take it back to the service center. About a mile from the Tire Center my tire light came on.Then upon checking the tires out, I noticed a black screw in the left front tire and my right front tire was only at 19 PSI. The rest of the tires were at 32.2 PSI.I immediately called the Costco Tire Center and talked to Lucas. I was told that at best I would have to come back in as a walk-in as their appointment slots were already full for the day. I was give no apology for the inconvenience or the low pressure in the RF and told that the best they could do is to likely patch the punctured LF tire.I give the price of the tires a 9/10. I give the install of the tires and the subsequent customer service a 1/10.

Bought 4 tires from here. A short time later I got a screw in my tire. I took it in to be evaluated. They said it couldn't be repaired and I needed a replacement. I paid for the new tire. This was March 2023, its August 2023. I am still driving with the screw in the tire and I still need a refund for the tire I didn't get. They do not follow up and they do not answer the phone. If you call the service desk, you get routed to the tire department which they don't answer the phone. I don't live in the area so I can't stop in.

Costco gas attendant treated me like a 5 year old. Instead of the respect of a 64 year old HANDICAPPED male. Since attendant was so rude I purchased gas elsewhere. (no real savings anyway). Costco needs to train their employees better in Customer Relations.FYI.....I also returned a 400$ watch. We shop at Costco 1 -2 times a week + have several prescriptions there that I will be transferring. You Lost a loyal customer !

i had to wait 1 hour in line for the food and they ended up giving me the wrong item keep in mind i ordered a drink and chicken bake i received a hot dog i went up to the counter and they did nothing about it.

I feel like I just am leaving a massive rock concert at the coliseum. Took my over 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. You all need to figure out a new exit for your parking lot.

Love Cosco. They carry food, snacks and everything you would need for pet to cleaning. My only complaint is I wished there were some signs on the end Of the rows of what is in them.I forgot to mention I get my prescriptions there along with my pets Great store !
