Really poor experience. I got two frames. The first pair never fit right, but I've dealt with it. Less than 6 months in, the glass started to etch so there's permanent spots on them. They're a little over a year old now and are edging on unusable. The frames were good, though, and have withstood abuse.The second pair took forever to fit. The person fitting them said that whoever let me buy them (another Costco employee) shouldn't have as they were too small to fit the lenses in them; thus, stretching the frame. It made little sense and the actually frame are was quite large anyway, but the lenses did stretch.Overall, fitment took forever and the end result was like a 5/10 and the longevity of the glass was like a 3/10. The actual frames were like a 7/10. I would never go back.

My wife purchased 2 pair of glasses earlier this year. One was for computer use and the other was for daily wear. She loves them. She looks great in them.I ordered 2 new pairs last week. Same kind of glasses. I just received my computer glasses today. Wow! What a difference. Jordan (the associate who has been helping me) explained why it was important to wear these computer glasses (that's what I call them). They have made a huge difference. I work on a laptop and have a 2nd screen positioned above it. I don't have to move close to that screen. I don't have to bend my neck back to see the screen. It just simply is clear now.And the cost? I got 2 new pair of glasses for about 25% the cost of 1 pair at my eye doctor's office. Incredible, but it is true!

You guys have a great crew that work outside of the optometry office. I appreciate the customer service here! You guys always help me the way I would like. Jay is especially amazing. I called ahead and came in for some specific nude frames, they had great selections for me. Highly recommend

Optometrist Dr. Danial Perez was professional, outgoing, and skilled. He went out of his way to make sure the contacts he prescribed gave me the best vision while being comfortable. The eye exam was quick and thorough using the latest technology. His staff was equally friendly and outgoing plus $75 cheaper than the regular optometrist I visit. Outstanding service!

Beware that they don’t take optical insurance for exams nor do they bother to tell you this in advance. I did not learn this until I arrived for appointment for my son. I had to pay full price for an eye exam that I thought would be mostly insured and will now not be reimbursed because they are in no network. I expected better of Costco and now feel very deceived. They and their independent optometrists need to be more transparent!!

I usually avoid Costco on Saturday but today I needed some extra supplies for a wedding reception so I didn't have a choice.It was crazy crowded but I was impressed with how cheerful the employees were. My cashier was working very fast but still managed to keep up a pleasant conversation. At each register an employees unloading carts and another employee was loading the carts after the cashiers finished scanning each item.This allowed the checkout lines to move very quickly. Every employee I saw today had a smile and pleasant greeting.

Dr. Perez is an amazing eye doctor. He went above and beyond-he took his time to ensure that my contacts were going to be better for my eyes and explained why. He is very attentive to detail and also educates you. I was/am beyond impressed with him!

The new optometrist, Dr Perez, was extremely polite and shared information that I normally wouldn't get from an eye exam. I highly recommend him! I have gotten my glasses here for years and I was always been very happy with the quality for the price.

I've been getting glasses here for about 5 yrs. I bring my Rx and they use my insurance. I get agreat price. And no BS. About extra for every little thing. I get my regular glasses and my rx sunglasses as well. I never go any where else because theservice and glasses are just great and they are a great price!

Review updateAfter being a member for four years, the return policies are still great but at times the customer service is not that friendly depending on who you get at the desk. You will spend a lot with a membership and it adds up. I will stay a member but sometimes it is annoying when you are standing at the desk and no one addresses you.

Extremely disappointed. I chose Costco because it was convenient and took my insurance. When I got to the appointment, I was informed that they do not accept ANY insurance in the store. I would have to pay everything g out of pocket and submit for reimbursement. This would have been great to know in advance. I pay for insurance for a reason.

Costco gas attendant treated me like a 5 year old. Instead of the respect of a 64 year old HANDICAPPED male. Since attendant was so rude I purchased gas elsewhere. (no real savings anyway). Costco needs to train their employees better in Customer Relations.FYI.....I also returned a 400$ watch. We shop at Costco 1 -2 times a week + have several prescriptions there that I will be transferring. You Lost a loyal customer !

i had to wait 1 hour in line for the food and they ended up giving me the wrong item keep in mind i ordered a drink and chicken bake i received a hot dog i went up to the counter and they did nothing about it.

The optometrist who gave me my exam was rude and very uncaring. Didn't seem to listen or want to take any time to listen to me. He acted annoyed I was there. Also didn't explore contact choices, just expected me to choose Costco brand. Will not be back unless he is replaced.

I feel like I just am leaving a massive rock concert at the coliseum. Took my over 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. You all need to figure out a new exit for your parking lot.
