Amazing staff! Ask any question and they know exactly which aisle! I was often guided to the location when I wasn't totally sure of the item I needed. They were incredibly helpful with great suggestions! The store is so well set up and fully stocked and the prices are great!

I had way above assistance from Kim. She intercepted me while heading to screw bolt . She found what we thought would work so she grabbed a screwdriver and we headed out to put the piece on my Jeep. It was perfect. She did the engineering.Thank Kim,Bruce Riwley

Super friendly and helpful staff. They did a great job screening a couple screens, as well as making repairs to a couple that were broken. Quick turnaround. Very helpful when you just need a couple parts quickly for miscellaneous home maintenance.

My apologies to the person whom I flagged down to help us find the Minwax Paste Wax. Had I known how to find the aisle where it is stocked, I would have never interrupted you from your errand to have to help me. Apparently, when we found that Connolly's had one in stock on-line, we were to have checked for its location (not listed). That brought me to request someone to help me that was familiar with the paint department. You were not and took offense to a repeat request. You suggested that that person may work Monday through Friday. Interesting that Saturday is a popular day to shop for those weekend projects. But, you stuck with it and found its' location. Thank you. Again, sorry to have put you out. At this point, I have to suggest that you take a tour of Patterson's Do It Best to see Customer Service at its Best. I never have to look for help when I go there - they are knowledgeable and eager to help, always! I would shop there as my preferred store if they were to open a store up here.

When I made a quick stop to pick up a few items I was greeted by Ethan who was working the register. He was so bubbly, friendly and helpful. I could hear him talking to customers while I was shopping and he just made me smile. When I was checking out we chit-chatted & he complimented my outfit. I asked to speak to the manager whom I told "Ethan is fantastic! I've worked in cust service my whole life. And he's like a walking ray of sunshine". I love it! I will be back just because if him. I see Employee of The Month right there! ?

I just want to reach out and tell everyone how truly amazing and special the people who work in this store are! my daddy collapsed in the store on February 23, 2023. Everyone in there stepped up to help him and even stay by his side, make sure he had all his belongings and call my mother. He was alone in the store when it happened and we live an hour away and they stepped up and supported him the way family would. This is why you shop local, because of people who truly care about their customers

Great experience overall. Highly knowledgeable staff, very willing to help you find solutions to any issues you may have or brainstorm alternative. You can rent carpet cleaner, and tools. And I even rented a box truck! Whata place!
