My daughter's car needed a new engine. We were referred to this shop by Ed from Budget car sales. After contacting the service agreement to state what was covered....took the car in. Ralph called me 2 days later. Don't waste your time here. Very unprofessional

I'm hearing this place has closed and that's great Karma for ripping people off.. this place was recommended to me and had red flags from the beginning. Charged me nearly 7grand for a junk yard engine that now two years later needs another engine at 10k with inflation! Asked for a reman engine to begin with and they used junk yard motors. I hope they're personally financially suffering because you don't screw people over and live a happy life!

Ralph is a crook! He Quoted me a lower price and when my car was finished, it was extremely high. He did the same to my dad’s car as well. I hope that b@$!? Goes to hell .

I spent over $4500 for engine replacement. Mr. ***** would say they would have the car for a day or two. I ended up having to take my daughter's car in numerous times because of bad parts. They had her car weeks on top of weeks. There is a service agreement that the company would cover $1000....the rest out of pocket. We paid for the 1st engine and drove the car for about 5 or 6 mo. Took it back and they put in another to which ***** said didn't work. Kept the car for weeks. Third attempt he said they finally got the engine in. Went to pick it up... something was squeaking under the hood. I went to get the mechanic he said it was a belt and that happens. Drove the vehicle a few days... squeaking still there and now the \

This is the worst place to get your car fixed they took 2000 from me drove it one day n it stops then take it to them n he says I have a bad trans but you did the engine work now all of a sudden I have a bad trans then tells me whatever take it somewhere else so I did to Lewis’ n I’m at 4500 saying the engine is bad n transmission from the engine wow commercial auto needs to b shut down no wonder it has 3.1 it’s a -3.1 for me‼️Service: Engine repair

They had my car for a month, they don’t tell you what’s wrong with it. I was taken my car to them almost every week. They can’t never fix everything that’s wrong with the car.

Took my boyfriends car here after a 1500 estimate and being told we needed a new engine turned around got a second opinion it wasn't the engine or even a 1500 fix its costed us less than 500 to have it up and running dont trust this man he's a crook just out to take advantage of the hard working.
