I have stayed there on several occasions, and I have had rooms with very poor cleanliness.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very spacious layout. Mini fridge and microwave nice. Ironing board. Great location. Breakfast was a total joke. No milk for cereal, uncooked potatoes, sausage disgusting, weak cereal options. Spacious dinning area but there was no staff at the desk to bring out the milk. Overall good value.
