Walmart on Maysville Rd, my wife and I visited there to purchase a charger for a drill they sell and in the isle where it should have been it was out, so we continue our shopping and low and behold there's the charger we need but even though it had a yellow clearance tag it was the same price as what it was labeled for in the regular isle, we took it to the front and the manager said she couldn't do anything about it and whoever priced it must have used the wrong color tag , whatever happened to customer satisfaction

They got rid of the signs in the clothing department that tell you where the men's and women's clothes are. Now you have to spend more time looking for clothes since they cater to the woke mob.

This location has management that will not get involved with the. Handling of thei associates while on duty and inside the store. One of their associates approached a customer very aggressively and with verbal assaults and threatened violence and attempted to follow up with the threat by waiting with A few other store associates by the exit.I brought this to the manager's attention and they knew right away who the associate was. I figured that they would handle this appropriately but I was informed to call the police if witnessed again. WOW! I believe I will maybe shop another location or store due to incompetent management and safety.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would . Their order pick up is very seldom accurate and even if you catch the screw up as you are picking up the order, they make you go to their slow, inefficient customer service desk to try to get you stuff. If I wanted to go into the store, I wouldn't be using order pick up. Their manager refused to talk to me. I guess I'll have to start going to Meijer and Kroger.

Don't get your COVID testing here. On Monday, I went to Walmart to get a COVID test, they said through their partnership with Quest Diagnostic I would have the results in 2-3 days. At 2.5 days pulled up the Quest online site and it shows my results 'are ready' but not showing. I've been looking all day again today (Thursday). I reached out to prompt them to display and was told not to contact them unless 5 days have gone by. I travel next week and need to know if what I have is a cold or COVID - - will NEVER get another COVID test here.

Worst Walmart in the area. The lady at self check out (Gai) hovered around my kids the whole time we were checking out and when we were done was going to accuse my daughter of stealing before I stopped her to tell her I was taking care of it. Nobody should accuse someone unless there is proof especially at 2 year old. I will never go back there again. There are better ones in the area.
