“Amanda was outstanding in the men's Tuxedo department. She gave better service than two high end stores we visited. We visited a third time on Thursday 10 minutes before close and gave great service again. Kim at the register was outstanding as well.”
“The Staff here is so friendly. On my days off I’m makeup free and my hair is a mess! Regardless they treated me top notch! Glenbrook Mall is another story they treat me as a inconvenience to be waited on and that I’m below their level to be buying at the store! Now if I go in there and my hair and makeup is done I can get waited on! I would rather spend my money at Jefferson Pointe where they treat me the same regardless of my appearance! I’m shopping so sometimes I dress up and sometimes I slap on a tshirt and leggings and out the door I go!Thank You Management For Creating A Great Team & the Staff!”
“I just want to thank the staff at Glenbrooke Square Mall today for keeping everyone safe!! My daughter and I were trying to get out running through the back tunnels to every exit sign we could find! The employees brought us in there stockroom keeping everyone safe and calm during this terrifying day!

“I needed new jeans and the store worker I asked where what I was looking for was very helpful. I got the jeans I wanted ( although they shrunk the front pockets again. I hate that!), another pair on clearance and a cute little purse for just my phone and money clip I had been wanting for $22.45 with sale prices and deals on my email. The cashier was very helpful with my email. I spent less than I saved. I highly recommend shopping there and getting their credit card.”

There was a good amount of foot traffic in the store & still got me in a fitting room quickly. Actually, the first experience I had at pacsun worth leaving a review for. I wish I got her name but she made my day even enough to purchase a pair of jeans that wasn’t included in the promotion going on.”
“Went in to find active wear for myself, but found a ton of stuff for my boyfriend. He's a pretty tall guy so longer clothes can be difficult to find some times. But he loves his new shorts and joggers. Love that there is usually some kind of sale.”

Very nice selection and store very well kept. There are toys for the little ones to play with while you shop also. 5 Stars hand down so come on bring your childs lightly gentle used clothes ,toys ,and also books in to put some extra Christmas cash in that account or start using your store credit to get some early Christmas shopping in”
