My husband called to see if he could bring some pennies there to cash them in. He told the lady that they weren't rolled. She said yes, no problem. So he walks over there & is on a walker and some young guy with a nasty attitude tells him that he won't take them because they're not rolled. I don't know if he was on a power trip or everyone needs more training or what the problem is but there is definitely a problem that needs to be fixed here before you make people who are handicapped make a wasted trip for nothing.
