This review goes out to Karen. She was kind, patient and personable with me. Although they're short staffed, she was able to help me with a time sensitive request. I truly appreciate her genuine kindness and recommend anyone to go to her. Thank you Karen for making a stressful thing a little easier. This Chase location has good people here. Seem to have a lot of frequent flier customers coming in on by and leaving with a smile.

Ashley Teekaram is an awesome employee! First off she recognized me from the one other time I had been at that bank, which I appreciated. Then, she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything in her power to resolve an issue that she had nothing to do with. I really appreciate the time and effort she took when she didn’t have to. It’s refreshing to see people who care about their job and their customers!

Chase Bank required me to come back tomorrow because they didn't have the cash for today's withdrawal. The Mgr (Amy) preferred inconveniencing me to come back vs waiving the $8 check fee. Even when I explained the many trips the bank made me make to correct their own mistakes over the past (because they wouldn't correct them via call) wasn't enough of an appeal to keep me as customer.

Went in to open an account. Dealt with Mr Nagel. He was so rude and condescending that I just got up and walked out. Went across the street to a competitor. Very happy with my new bank.

I was extremely disappointed to learn that this Chase location does not accept coins unless they are pre-rolled. And they say they do not have a coin counter I find this absolutely ridiculous as they are a bank and paper money isn’t the only form of currency in the United States let alone foreign currency exchanges but that’s besides the point. And for the bank teller I spoke to to say that she didn’t know of any coin counters at any chase locations but not actually look up that information and be able to help me with my request as long time chase customert this was again very disappointing

Friendliness of the staff is the only reason they get these stars. The institution gets none. Tellers, don't share these stars!ATM didn't dispense money, but took the money from my account anyway. Went inside Branch, they said the money wasn't put back in my account like it should have been. They told me to call the number on the back of my card.. I went out to the car and did as I was told. I was on hold for 30 min 16 sec when the call was dropped. Frustrated I called again, put on hold. Meanwhile I went into the branch again to see if I could speak with a manager, was told that it wouldn't help and that I could only call to have it resolved. Was on hold again for 45 min and 30 sec before the call was dropped...again.I should not be spending my time over a mistake that was made by the bank/atm. I spent over an hour of my time on the phone, in addition to typing this message to them (and copying it to my this review). Not to mention the frustration that comes along with this. I am the customer. A teller, assistant, or manager should have been on the phone to deal with this, not me. I drove the half hour home with no money in my wallet. After this is cleared up I have to make another trip to town just to get the cash. (Request: Please put in a Chase ATM in Huntington, IN)If I make a mistake in my addition and something bounces in my account I don't expect the bank to spend hours trying to get ahold of me. I know they'll charge me over $30 and call it a win. So I'd like to charge them $30 for the mistake, $20 for the gas and what the heck, I'd like to not pay the $12 monthly maintenance fee. Then I'll consider the issue resolved.OH and also give back the $500 that was taken from my account.Update: Next day, my Saturday. Was on the phone and reached a person after 20 minutes. He basically said I'd have to wait a couple days for MY $500 in case I am a liar. He said that they'd have to send someone out to the ATM and that would take a couple days, when the Teller already said she put a ticket in for the ATM to be looked at.He saw there was an error code on the transaction, two other people in line for the ATM went inside the bank to tell them there was a problem. Seems like someone could have put a note on our accounts at the bank when we went in.Big banks should have a better system than this. No accountability.

Never enough staff. The ones that are working are suppppperrrrr slowwwww. Be prepared to wait here for at least 20-40 mins for every visit here. Ive had chase for 8 years and tbh this branch alone makes me want to entirely switch banks!!!

I went to the Jefferson Blvd. location today to open a business account and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I worked with Stephanie, the branch manager, and she gave me great advice on what types of accounts would be best for me. I will definitely go back in the future to them!

Went in to DEPOSIT a check and received no assistance due to a huge communication issue and lack of knowledge on their behalf...would not recommend this location!
