Manager Jennifer has always been extremely nice and attentive! In the past I had a person claimed they were the manager and they weren't I had to deal with a very snarky non people person.

Cashier was extremely nice, the other employee was terrible (said she was the manager).We were lied to multiple times about an item we were trying to purchase. All we wanted to do was to purchase an outfit off of the mannequin. The staff member first lied about the size then after I said I wanted to purchase the item regardless of size she said that the items on mannequins come directly from corporate and are not for sale. That's strange, I have never heard that before. When questioned she then stated that they would only be for sale after the season was over.After asking if this was her policy or the policy of corporate like she previously stated, she shouted that I can call corporate, but she guesses that she will make an exception this time and let me buy the outfit.The staff member needs serious training and needs a lesson on customer service skills. We will never spend another penny here.

Have not shopped here since they closed. Needed black boots and black pants. Bought them and the lady said I had up to 14 days to return the shoes. Ok cool. Went home tried on the whole outfit and it didn't look good so I went straight back to the mall. Not even a whole hour later. Tried to return it and they wouldn't give me my money back. Offered an exchange or store credit. What the hell am I supposed to do with a store credit in a place I barely shop at and for the first time in 3 years I go in there and this is what it is now. I will NEVER EVER shop there ever again. If Charlotte Russe had confidence in their product they would allow people to return iterms, not get store credit to make people shop there if dissatisfied.

They no longer offer returns just exchanges but the changing rooms are closed. Buy at your own risk!!!!But if you buy online you can return???And just received the absolute dumbest response from the company. No this unacceptable when you cannot try on the merchandise. Do not be sorry be better!!!

They have really cute clothes here! You can't try anything on still because of covid... And I was overcharged today. The prices don't pop up where we can see them when they were scanning. The cashier didn't check the tag and I didn't notice it on the receipt until I got home. Other than that they have pretty good sales and cute clothes.

I bought a few things but was unable to try it on because of covid ....I didn't like the way it looked on me so I wanted to take it back. I had the receipt They said store policy is store credit and they wouldn't take bodysuit they are final sale they didn't make me aware of the return policy when I was checking out or I most definitely would not have purchased. I'm assuming they don't because nobody would buy without trying it on well its kinda impossible to try anything on because the dressing rooms are closed I was also very disappointed with the shoe selection. I will never buy anything from Charlotte Russe again.

The Best time to shop there either there Holiday Sales or 50% off sales. You can get good items in there for your Wife, Girlfriend, or Mom for Birthdays Gift or Special Occasion there. Highly recommended to shop there in Glenbrook Mall.
