The staff are very friendly and helpful! The community is CLEAN and well kept! All of my neighbors have been very kind! Maintenance is professional and timely! I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment community!

I just moved into a new building and I love how fresh everything looks with all the new appliances. 2 separate gyms in my building free trash pick up at my door you can't beat it. Very friendly and professional staff they work hard to make things happen in a timely manner. I love it here

I just moved into Centlivre apartment a little less than a month ago and so far I am really loving it! My apartment and building have been so well kept; my family that helped me moved asked if anyone had ever lived in my apartment before because it was so nicely maintained! Location is awesome, seriously can get anywhere in Ft. Wayne in 10mins. I’ve met a few neighbors in passing but all in all has been very quiet and peaceful. Emma R at the office is so kind and accommodating, she definitely helped make something stressful feel super exciting :)

Centlivre apartments offer a great location to downtown and some of the best neighbors you can ask for in Fort Wayne. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, especially Emma R. at the leasing office. So far, better than great! I moved into Centlivre almost exactly a month ago from southern California, and it has been a breeze since I was first in town months ago interviewing for a job. The agent at the leasing office, Emma, was super helpful in making sure that I was able to see a wide range of units despite very short notice due to the nature of the extended interview and short visit to town. There were more options than I expected, to be honest. Setting everything up remotely for the lease, utils, move-in and all that jazz took almost no effort. I don't hear any dogs from the apartment but I see a lot of people out walking them, and just about everyone is open for conversation as we pass on my way to the fitness center - which is pretty vast as far as living complex centers go. I have the luxury of living in a building that has an auxiliary fitness center on the ground floor (treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, and free-weights) which is definitely a bonus because I still get a little self-conscious hahaha. Bonus points if you're a cyclist, since the trails are just off the entrance to the complex. Definitely five-stars and worth checking out if you are looking for a place in Fort Wayne.

I just moved into Centlivre a couple days ago and so far I'm loving it! The move in process was a breeze with the help of, Emma, at the office. She was easy to talk to and answered all my questions with ease. I love the location, its in a quiet area but also close to everything I could need. My apartment and building are both very nice and you can tell are well maintained. Other tenants are also polite and friendly which is always a plus! Overall I'm happy with my experience here and glad I chose Centlivre.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Centlivre and love it so far! The apartment upon moving in was very clean and the leasing staff, Emma, has been very kind and helpful throughout our moving process! Another important perk is that Centlivre is handicap accessible which we really appreciate.

I lived at Centlivre for two years and loved it! The apartment had all updated stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. We had a few maintenance issues while living there but they always came the next day to fix whatever was not working properly. It's a pet friendly neighborhood and you can even walk downtown from the trails. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Such AMAZING apartments!! I highly recommend! The management is so good and quick to help with anything. The apartments themselves are so nice and high quality! the 24 hour fitness center is convenient and very nice and so is the pool!

Very tidy and well kept! The floors in public hallways and main buildings are always swept, and the grounds are well taken care of throughout the week! Great place to stay!

I might update but as a new tenant i'm pretty disappointed! My fob to get into my apartment didn't work, was told that a work order was in to fix the issue, and it wasn't. I was trying to move my things and ended up being locked out! The "emergency maintenance line" was also just a voicemail so it didn't prove to be helpful at all. The building is great and clean but it has felt like a less-than-great transition

I can say I love it and haven't had any issues.To say the least both the Emma's are extremely kind,friendly and will help you when you have any questions.The Maintenance staff is very kind as well to help with little things. Especially if your not to handy like me.If you are looking for apartment with great staff and beautiful looking apartments this is the place to go.
