“One of the only places that sells 91 octane. It’s cheaper than 93 that most stations offer as premium, but still works perfectly if you drive a car that requires premium. The store is large, has a great selection and is always clean. I go out of my way to stop at Lassus over any other gas station!”

“They did an absolutely amazing job! I had the interior detailing and it looks like a brand new car. So impressed from start to finish. Called on Tuesday and got next day appointment. $149 was so worth every penny! Getting ready to book another appointment for my other car.”

“The price is very good and it did the job. Free vacuums are nice, and my car was clean. Air dryers on exit could do a little better but not a real issue with that, older tech used here and I generally towel dry. The guy working, apparently by himself, didn’t guide very well in getting me lined up to the track. I unfortunately had to only give a 4 star review thanks to hearing my wheel scrape and feel my car shift over to get lined up to the track.”
“I leave 5 stars for the simple fact that one employee, at the Lima road location, who just so happened to be the shift manager named Josh was absolutely AMAZING!!! During this specific visit Josh had a trainee and was so patient and helpful to them as they were learning. Josh even apologized for the slight delay and showed a lot of appreciation for my understanding. Now days you don’t get or see that level of training at patience and I must applaud Josh for being an AMAZING manager. This company is beyond lucky to have Josh and I hope to see more people like him in the future. I truly can NOT give Josh enough praise for his work and leadership skills. HOWEVER, my 5 star review is ONLY because of Josh and his compassion for his employees and customers. During my next visit I was helped by Aaron Ware who was the GM of the store and he was VERY rude and impatient making me feel rushed like he had something better to do. I then witnessed Aaron treating the SAME employee who was training in my opinion a way that was beyond disrespectful and rude. The thing is Aaron that it’s not just about how you treat your customers but you need to remember that your customers see how you treat your employees. My heart breaks for your team after watching what I did that day. As long as Aaron is the one on shift I will wait to get my car washed. I won’t be disrespected by anyone especially when they are supposed to be the main LEADER of the store. It’s sad that Josh a manager under Aaron showed more respect and compassion for his employees and customers than Aaron a GM did. Way to go Josh keep up the great work!!!”

“Only giving a 4 star because the trash cans were full and there was trash all over the ground, and I understand that it is just lazy people who don't care. There is only ever one or two people working when I come in and its always busy. So Definitely not saying anything bad about employees they are all awesome and friendly. 5 stars for them. But a little more care and respect from people would be great. But FREE AIR AND FREE VACUUM. and when your done there a cute little car wash. Thank you for that part Lassus Handy Dandy.”
“This is a great alternative to Mike's. Who's gotten a little carried away with their prices.
Tube has daily discounts, I think it was a before 7am and after 7pm sale. Vacuuming is also free.
Think they need to do a better job of marketing.
Cloths for the wash are also softer than other washes. Won't scratch your vehicle as much.”
“I got the works car wash package which cleaned my car thoroughly, however had a a lot of residue on the back of my car even after wash. What i am writing this review about is their great customer service as in seeing the residue, I went back in the automated carwash line and brought this up and they were understanding and gave my car another wash for free. You get what you pay for and that appreciation by the business is what keeps me appreciating Mike’s”
“The Mikes on Lima takes off antenna and power washes both sides of the vehicle. I know it is hard to find help after Covid, but don't rush the vehicles. Take your time and let us think we are getting out money's worth.”

“Equipment is checked daily trash emptied daily . There's seven self serve bays . Cost 2.50 to start gives you about 4mins . The automatic is touch less . It will not take a truck with big fat tires. You end on the rail . Best to wash in self serve bays if you washing full size truck”

“Great experience! The person greeting me at my car to pay for the wash was very polite and professional.
I then started to vacuum my vehicle and there was an issue with the suction. I walked into the office and Stephanie greeted me kindly and came right out and started working on the vacuum. She turned on another vacuum for me to use and gave me all the time I needed to get the car cleaned out. She was very generous and great customer service!!!

“Great and convenient location on the north side, but needs upgrades bad. Spot free rinse wasn't working the other week. On previous visit, the bill acceptor was having issues, but thankfully one of the workers was there to give me change. I hope to see continued improvements, because the location is great! The other manual car wash on Dupont always has broken change machines, or it is closed.”
