The employees were very kind and accommodating at pick up and drop off. They didn't have the original car I was going to rent, so they upgraded me. Great vehicle. They offered me a bottle of water and fruit snacks when I was at the office. Bri was especially nice. We had a great conversation. I will definitely rent here again.”

“Kaitlin made the entire car rental experience a breeze and made a bad situation feel not so bad. Our vehicle was scheduled to be in for body repairs and we scheduled a rental, she ensured that I was also scheduled for pick up at repair shop. I was unaware of this and it never occurred to me as I was planning on using lyft or uber. She was very thoughtful and helpful and made the experience a good one.”
“(Original Review) Left on a full tank of gas, returned it 3 hours and 70 miles later to be charged for a full tank of gas. The Bottom line is don't prepay for gas; fill it up before you return it.(Updated as of 14 May 23) spoke with Alamo customer service and they listened to my concern based on my experience. After that conversation, I am completely satisfied and they have restored my full confidence!! Thank you Alamo team for taking the time to review this situation and take corrective actions. Because of this I will be back again in the future as a rental customer! Thank you for Top Notch support.”

“After my flight was messed up by the airline, I turned to look for a one-way rental and Budget Car Rental stepped up to fill that need. It was a last minute rental that went extremely smooth. Best part was that I was able to rent a vehicle that I was thinking of buying, so I was able to get a long test drive. The pick-up and drop off went smooth and the staff I had contact with were knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood all of my options. My only hiccup was when I needed to change my drop off location. The first phone call was going well until I was put on a kind of hold only to wait more than 5 minutes to only have silence on the other end and I had to start over with calling to make the change. Once I made it through on the second call, it all went fairly smooth in making that change. Thank you for making a stressful situation much less stressful.”
“I recently rented a SUV that unfortunately ended up having a slight mechanical issue, but the Management team at the W Coliseum Blvd. location was very helpful and were able to replace my vehicle immediately. I have rented at this Budget location several times over the the last 10 years and have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend using them for your next rental. Ask for Jennifer, she is great at her job and is always pleasant to work with.”

I had a mix-up with the way I did the online reservation (my fault for not reading the VERY fine print about prepaying the reservation) which was going to cause me to not be able to get the car. I called ahead to check on my car since I read SEVERAL negative reviews for this location and I was able to speak to them directly. This is when I realized the issue. They were able to talk me through the process that I needed to do to correct this issue (call corporate). When I arrived at the office, there seemed to still be a glitch in how to fix the issue (and then their computers crashed so that was a delay). When they got back up (less than 10 minutes and NOT their fault), they were able to work through the issue so that I could get a vehicle. They went above and beyond because they honored my original booking rate (corporate would not do that) AND found an additional add-on which actually saved me $5! My rental has paint swap marks on the exterior (not a big deal to me), but tires were inflated fine, AC worked well, and it was clean and scent free. It was stressful, but in the end, they had a very satisfied customer.”
