They tried to charge me to use the phone to set up my replacement phone on which I pay insurance on the phone then tried to charge me $30 for a $10 Sim card. They're not about service just sales.

If you like web pages taking up to 3-5 minutes to load then boost mobiles "unlimited" data plan is the plan for you. Boost service is a joke.
