Terrible customer service. We bought a used vehicle , 3 yrs old, from them. We let them know our concerns with the vehicle. They said they would fix the issues when we bought the vehicle a month ago but haven't done anything. Mike Trump, GM, does not return voicemails. I would not purchase another vehicle here.

I really like Bob Thomas. I purchased a car from my dear friend's estate. He had purchased his last 2 vehicles at Bob Thomas. He was fastidious about quality and service, so I had no qualms purchasing his vehicle. I've had the routine service done twice. Both times, over the phone and in person I've received excellent customer care. I value that. In a world of instant coffee, they are still brewing a fresh cup!

Here I am, a month after buying my Jeep Cherokee from Bob Thomas Ford, and I get a call that I am late on my old car payment (which is supposed to be payed off, according to the paperwork I signed off on when I bought the Jeep). I found this out while being on my lunch break from my old co signer on my old Dodge Journey. Mine, as well as her's, credit is being dinged. I was not notified by my old bank nor Bob Thomas. I was driving my new Jeep thinking my old Journey was paid off. Long story short, I am currently still dealing with this problem. This isn't the only problem with my Jeep. When I first bought my Jeep, the next day it didn't start. They sold me a car with a bad battery, with knowing about it.
