I have a 2012 Ford Focus with 265K miles. The door wouldn’t shut. The waitlist at all Ford dealerships were long plus a new door latch would have to be ordered. About an hour after I told them to order the part, they called me back and said they had the part in stock and could get me in next day. I dropped it off that day but it was almost closing time and I told them that my door was being held on by my belt and therefore the windows were both down. They offered to bring it inside and before I left, I did see them bring it in. The very next morning they called and said it was ready to go. No charge. Extremely fast service. Can’t get that kind of service at BMW or Mercedes! I’ve had the nightmare experiences of dealing with the local Hyundai and Dodge dealers so it was refreshing to know that in 2024 there still is a business out there that puts effort into their work and they don’t rip off their customers. I actually used to own a used car dealership until recently. 99% of the happy customers never left reviews but the occasional ticked off customer along with my competitors and random people would leave negative feedback. I was still the highest rated dealer in Indiana and Bob Thomas treated me like I treated my customers. They went above and beyond to give me great service. Therefore I felt the need to write a positive review to tell others about my experience. If the people with positive experiences with Bob Thomas would take the time to leave positive feedback, I’m sure their rating would be a 4.9. For me they were perfect. Thank you Bob Thomas Ford!

Very nice staff don’t get me wrong, helped me out with getting a vehicle. Problem is I noticed a sound coming from the vehicle on the test drive. Told them about it and they said they would do an inspection on it to double check everything. They found nothing wrong with it, now 3 months later both rear wheel bearings are done for. Makes me think they didn’t even do an inspection at all!

This year, we purchased a 2024 Escape Platinum and a 2024 F150 King Ranch from Jim at Bob Thomas Ford North. This is vehicle numbers 22 and 23 from Ford since 1995.
Jim, Nicki, Ryan, Josh, and everyone else ensure the vehicles are ready by working with Cody @ 14/69 Supercenter to get aftermarket tint, undercoating, PPF, and ceramic paint protection done.
Even with the factory delays getting my 2024 F150, they ensured everything went as fast as possible once they received the truck.
If you need a vehicle, this is the team to go see!

I purchased a used 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E in March. I had complained during the test drive about the front end making noise that my salesman quickly wrote off. His explanation was "the car has been sitting in the showroom for a while. The noise should go away."
When I called back to have the car checked out after purchasing because the noise continued, they couldn't get me in for several weeks because they only have 1 EV tech. I ended up taking it to another Ford dealer to have it checked out because I was moving out of state anyway. This dealer found that the front axles shafts are bad (apparently is a common issue on this model year) which messed up the alignment which then messed up the tires. This car obviously wasn't inspected in any way before they put it on the lot as any technician that sees very unevenly worn tires would know that something was up. Not to mention several other issues with the car as well such as the failing 12 volt battery. Do yourself a favor and have your car inspected by someone else before purchasing from this dealership and don't let any car salesman write off concerns you have during a test drive.

Nikki and Jim are great people. We were out from Seattle and stuck without charge for our Ford Lightning rental from the airport, and they helped us get back home. Haven’t bought a car from them but I’d trust they’d steer you in the right direction:)

We came looking and found the perfect vehicle! We told them what we were looking for , what we wanted in a vehicle and our price range and they found us a vehicle. We will be coming back for car maintenance and in the future when we are off to get a new vehicle.

This dealership and their staff was on it from the minute I was on their website. The internet salesperson contacted me, and then Jim from the dealership called me. Everything went quickly and smoothly from beginning to end. I love my vehicle, and look forward to working with them in the future. Jim made sure my phone was connected properly, and showed me how to work everything in the vehicle. Josh was quick with completing all the finance paperwork, and getting it to my son 1,000 miles away, and I was given a rebate for my son's military service. This is great place with great people to purchase vehicles from. Thanks!!!
