The buying experience from BMW Fort Wayne was terrific, from the salesman, to the management. I bought a 530i X drive, a true driving experience. When the sale was final the associates walked me out into a glass garage door room with the BMW sitting there with a big bow on it. I'm not even worthy of this king of treatment! Thanks again BMW of Fort Wayne!

I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. From the very first email I sent asking about the car, I felt like royalty. Caleb, my sales advisor answered all of my million questions and gave me full transparency with everything. All even before we even spoke on the phone. I felt like I was treated no different than a potential buyer who physically walked through the door (I'm located in NYC.) From initial contact to delivery, this dealer has provided an amazing experience that I couldn't have asked for more. My BMW 440Xi was delivered to me last night and I couldn't be happier. Thank you BMW Fort Wayne.

BUYER BEWARE - I tried to buy a car valued at close to $100K online with Caleb Bireley at BMW of Fort Wayne. To put it mildly, in my opinion the experience was disappointing and unprofessional both with him and the messaging from his manager. I have bought 4 other BMWs from Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North in Indianapolis without issue and would highly recommend that dealership.

Evan took great care of me! I got my first car from BMW and AFTER the purchase we noticed my windshield was scratched. Evan brought me in and had the whole windshield replaced. BMW stood behind there sale from START to SATISFIED.
