My family and I have been taking our Vehicles here for years now. The staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable, including the front office person Marlene, she knows her stuff and will find your tires and parts at a good deal. Suggest you make an appointment though and ask if they have what you need in stock at their location cause sometimes they have to order it or get from another location. But the service is above and beyond.

when i called about a used tire , front desk woman said they had no used in stock but THEY DID have a new one that would cost me about 165. i said id see what i could do.. within the next hour i obtained said $165, got my toddler ready, and headed that way. when I arrived to McMahons, she then proceeded to tell me THEY DIDNT have the tire THERE and it would need to be transferred from a diffrent location. i feel like that could of been communicated over the phone instead of leaving me under the impression that they had my tire IN STOCK. I said that was fine instead of being nasty because I know how i can be, And waited very patiently for OVER an hour, with my not so patient 2 year old. Over all the customer service could be better, things could be better explained and voiced when inquiring over the phone , but hey i have i new tire right … ??♀️

Excellent customer service. Great auto repair work at fair prices. McMahons will inform you how necessary work is beforehand. Nice waiting area. I've taken my vehicles here for years.

Went to get tires and an alignment then I added a fuel filter .
Front end could not be aligned because of warn out parts - they sold me tires and balance them - I had to come back because the weights were rubbing calipers, they fixed the fronts so when I have to rotate tires I will have the same issue again .
I had to plug in the fuel filter wire as it had not been plugged back in.
I went to Firestone to get front end alignment and they found the lower track bar and ball joints worn out..
The diagnosis wasn’t accurate in this store as the track bar was never mentioned and it was ready to fall out..

I took my vehicle into McMahons Best One to have my tires rotated and balance. When I made the appointment I was told it would be about a hour. They were right on with the time. I received text messages updating me from start to finish.
The employees at the front desk were great to work with.

Best one New Haven has always treated me with great service I travel for work and I never know when I'm going to have availability to get in for service work but they always manage to get me in on the day and time that I need. Plus they keep me up to date on items I need to plan for in the future I highly recommend them

The air conditioner in our van had not been working properly for a few years. We had asked the dealer to look into it at least two times and they couldn’t find a solution. The hot summer was making the van very uncomfortable to drive, so we took the van to McMahons Best-One. They found a dent in the evaporator that was preventing adequate refrigerant flow, replaced the evaporator, and we now have excellent air conditioning just like new. Thanks, McMahons.
