This is the last place I would recommend anyone take their car. I’m a mechanic in town at an independent shop that doesn’t sell or service tires. Since I don’t have a tire supplier through work, I decided to give Belle a try. The vehicle in need of tires was the R350 which my better half drives with the kids most of the time and is the vehicle that we take on road trips. My intention was to have a warranty and road hazard plan so if my other half had an issue while traveling there were plenty of locations to get a tire repaired or replaced. The tires were purchased through the website and appointment scheduled at the same time for the following Saturday at 13:30. I saw no place to make a note while scheduling the appointment, so I called the store on the following day and spoke to Roger. I explained that TPMS sensors had not been replaced on the vehicle since we acquired it and would like new ones installed while tires were being serviced. Roger assures he made the note and gets off the phone.Forward to Saturday. My other half dropped the vehicle off at 13:20 and asked for a rough time frame for completion to which she was told 90 minutes and walked over to the neighboring shops. While returning those 90 minutes later, she got to watch the vehicle being pulled into a service bay. Another 90 minutes later she gets the vehicle returned to her and is sent on her way. She does not make it home before the TPMS light comes on. I tell her to return to the store and they get the light to go out and send her on her way again. The next evening while on her way to work, the TPMS warning comes on again. So, bow Monday after dropping our son at school she stops by again and is told that they will have to schedule her in and make an appointment for 11:30 on Thursday. She makes a fourth trip to the store and is now told that we need new sensors because they actually were not replaced with the tires. So I get the phone call and she asks me to speak with the manager. He tells me that even though my light wasn’t on before they replaced my tires that they can’t get it to go off and I will need to go elsewhere to have my issue resolved. He did offer to compensate with other maintenance and services they could perform but I have no confidence in their ability to do any of them correctly when they couldn’t get a tire light to go out. I concluded with the manager that they would refund all but the cost of the tires and I would just be on my own for any hazards I encountered as it would be out last interaction with that company. A few minutes later my other half called for my information to be refunded. When I got home to see the receipt, only the warranty costs were refunded to me.The kicker for me though, I had my other half bring the vehicle to me at work so I could see what was going on and make sure not to ruin our new tires. The tire pressures were not set correctly to the vehicle per the label in the door jamb nor the fuel lid and once the were set correctly, the TPMS light has gone out and remained out. I also double checked the lug bolts torque just to be safe and at least that part was correct.I want nothing from Belle and just hope this review saves someone from the incompetence that is handling their vehicle.

Love the rims on my truck, they look alot better then the stock plain ones did!~My only reason for 4 stars, the waiting area is not partially sealed off from the service area, so ppl can sit working on their laptops or watch TV without hearing all the noises!~

Had some work done on my truck there an they did a amazing job!~Only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 is because the waiting room was not walled off some so ur not hearing all the noises coming from the bays an employees answering phones or customers!~That helps alot to reduce noise.

I went to This Belle Tire For Better pricing.I got it in Maysville.Lima Rd. Store is waaaaay too expensive!I went to Belle Tire in Maysville, got the help I needed, and to boot, wasn't charged any money for repairing my tire. The Manager talked w/ me, and they went to wok immediately, fixing the tire.I let them know, I had time to burn. Me, being retired and all. They repaired it and rotated my tires for $0.00! Now that's service!I love Belle Tire!At least this one I do!I waited for the van fell asleep a couple of times, and the van was ready!Eureka!I couldn't have asked for better, because this store is the BEST in my book.Belle Tire Corp, Should give Belle Tire in Maysville a raise, for all they do to help their clients!Kudos!

I came in for an oil change and found that my stabilizer had snapped. They were quick to repair the issue and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Solid work and respectful staff.

This is our favorite place to get car work done! They are always honest and fairly priced. The technicians and the management are very knowledgeable and will give you their honest answers and not what will make them the most money. We recently got an oil change on my Volkswagen Passat and it was half the price as the dealership for the same thing! This is the place and the location we recommend to everyone!

Excessive part up charge. Got wheel bearings replaced $339 FOR EACH wheel bearing. Get home look up on the the price and it was way below the $339 called them up and they said they have a base percentage up charge they use and they bought the Moog bearing for $169. Pretty much double charging for the parts. Further more, you can buy the bearings on the Moog website for $114.

Appointment at 9:30 and it took over 2 1/2 hours to install 4 tires. The very next day all four tires are low on air pressure. The service they advertise is definately NOT what they provide.belletire.com/tires-and-… Same valve stems as before...and who knows what else they did not do!Called back to get this fixed and maybe it could be fixed in a day or two. What a joke this place is.Highly recommend NOT doing buisness at Belle Tire.

Stopped by belle tire today to get a few trailer tires installed. I already had the wheels with me ready to drop off for replacement. The manager working the desk was probably the most unprofessional service advisor/manager ive ever seen. Ive been in the automotive field for 15 years and this guy was the worst. He had ZERO interest in helping me. Didn’t care to ask what size tires i needed or when i needed it done by etc. He just flat out said “nope not today”. I asked ok…so when can i get some tires installed? He then said “dont know but not today”. This was about 2pm on a Saturday. I seriously cant believe he’s employed. You guys literally have the word “tire” in your business name…… ill make sure to tell all shops that i work with that sub out tire work to avoid belle tire like the plague.

I recently had a wheel alignment done here and after several tests and adjustments my car still hasn't fixed the problem. Then they told me that the warranty period is 3 months. When I went back the next morning and asked for another inspection and adjustment, their front desk staff was very impatient and unreasonable and said to me that we can't solve your problem, and they can refund me. Go to other company for adjustment check. I don't care about the money, but I am disappointed by the attitude and professionalism of the front desk staff. The only consolation is that they have two professional and patient wheel alignment technicians, otherwise they can only get 1 star.

Guy I talked to was nice but the manager said they couldn’t get me in the day I called even though they had the tire I needed, it was only 230, and I was stuck with a completely flat tire at a gas station 10 minutes away. They literally directed me to their competitor lol, who took care of me. Bad experience with this store unfortunately.

I buy my tires from Belle all the time. I came in today and walked in, the person at the front desk asked me what I was here for and I said I have a flat. He said “oh I don’t have time for that today” and mind you it was only noon. So I left and went over to discount tires. They helped me asap and honestly they had a busier waiting room. For that reason I will not be going to belle tire, I rather spend extra money if I have to.

Went in for just a quote on air shocks for 06 armada as I knew what the problems are andI had already done my research and crawled under the truck to check the sensor, compressor, and the "bags"themselves. Let them talk me into doing an inspection (for free, main reason I allowed it), expecting all sorts of extra charges. They were reasonable and only recommended additional air hoses. Then things went downhill... tech went to go pull my truck around, came back 15 minutes later asking if I ever had starting issues. Battery and starter were recently replaced, less than 1k miles, and all dash lights came on. Tech gave up after 10 minutes and had it pushed into the parking lot. After sitting there trying the different things offered by all the techs, etc., for 2hrs, turns out the theft system was activated and only needed to reset for 15 minutes. During that time, not a single person offered to run a diagnosis even for a fee and kept snickering while looking over at me struggling to pull fuses and check relays under the hood, under the dash, etc. I sat there trying to figure out what to do, as I have roadside assistance, but if you're in front of a mechanic shop, where do you get towed to? Simply sitting there for 15 minutes doing nothing to the vehicle at all solves the issue... I don't like to bash businesses, but I wasn't the only one who walked out today with a brush off on easy sales and issues. If you have a factory warranty or don't mind spending more (their quote was the highest in town for the same exact parts), by all means, bring your vehicle in for convenience as they can probably get you in same day. But if you want tires or wheels at the same price with the same warranty and service with a payment plan, go to rnr. If you need real mechanics, no warranty on your vehicle, go to a real shop.
