Belle Tire came through when Discount Tire consistently dropped the ball. I was able to purchase great tires at a great deal and they had them ready and installed quickly. Additionally provided good insight and solutions at reasonable price for near term fixes that needed done. I will continue to bring my tires and vehicles here. I urge others to avoid Discount Tire and look at Belle Tire for their service.

From the moment I walked into the doors I was greeted with a smile and treated with the upmost respect. With tires in place and key in hand, I can tell you if I ever have a tire issue again this will be the first place I go!!! Thanks to the great team at Belle tire, I’m back on the road again!!!

I brought my vehicle in to resolve the issue that had been on-going. I had taken it to Lima Rd location back in July for an alignment after I had some repairs done. Turns out that Lima Rd didn't disclose loose rear parts from the alignment report due to "miscommunication" from the garage to the front desk -- so I had been driving myself and my family unsafe since then. The issue was intermittent so I didn't think anything of it but it sure did put me in shock and even though I was calm and collected during receiving this information. I'm still pretty upset about this.
I should have asked for proof of what they saw that was not done properly by the person who I had repair other parts but to be honest, I had never had any issues before with my other mechanic I had taken it to previously but due to the repair he has done in the past, he recommended me getting alignment done right after and that was what I did at the Lima Location. But with the alignment situation from Lima Rd, Maysville decided to repair what they thought was needed done and I'd pick it up the next day. I would had paid $789 or something like that, but the manager told me it was covered.
Drove home when I picked it up, the same issue arose. Even though the manager explained the mechanic drove it up to 80/90 and it never did it to him and he was certain things seem to be fixed. Unfortunately it wasn't the case, and when my husband and I took it back to talk to them about this, they explained it just seems like a guessing game at this point of replacing parts and so forth.
I can't say I'm not pleased about the service. I'm more pleased with their customer service part of trying and being kind and just overall doing their best to the ability to help me.

Sat in the lobby for over an hour and 45 mins without my vehicle even going in for an oil change. Numerous employees standing around doing literally nothing. Cars on lifts with no employees in site. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will never return. Had to leave without my car getting an oil change.

Limped my work truck in with a flat tire 20 minutes before closing. They handed me the keys with a repaired tire at 755 pm. You guys ROCK!!!

The work was done right and quick from what I can tell. Tried to charge me for an extended warranty I specifically mentioned not wanting. Got that taken off but had to ask a couple times to get it removed.

Best experience I've ever had with a service center. I was able to schedule my installation and purchase my tires online. The cost was very clear, upfront, with no hidden surprises. The employees were all courteous and helpful. The building was very clean, welcoming and accomodating! I will definitely be back in the future!

got brand new tires in Nov. from BELLE TIRE ON MAYSVILLE. First they ordered the wrong tires so I had to come back to get them installed. Then I noticed they were wearing horribly. Called to check and make sure an alignment was done back in Nov. Nope we told you your ball joints were bad. Uuummm no you didn’t because they were just replaced and under warranty so I’m pretty sure I would have remembered that conversation ???. Found my receipts and nowhere does say there’s an issue but it states check alignment. Manager just says he’s a good mechanic I know my mechanic. Good doesn’t mean anyone told us there was a problem. If I knew there was a problem why would I call to check to see if an alignment was done? Let me add that a tire got punctured and I had to get a new one. They installed that tire incorrectly and had to go back to get it fixed. That many mistakes and you want to be certain you told me there was an issue?! Never mentioned ball joints on those 2 trips either. Buyer beware go somewhere else. Came here because of a Black Friday special and won’t make that mistake again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband came here for an alignment. My husband has been a mechanic for 30+ years and replaced my whole front end, but couldn't do the alignment due to not having the machine. They were nice at first when we dropped off the car. As we went to the neighboring stores to wait 30 mins later get a call saying ball joint bolt was loose and was gonna take 30 mins to do plus extra charge. Told them no we'll just come get the car. Walked back over here to get my car and the manager was just rude as hell. Argued with me and my husband pretty much saying my husband didn't know what he was talking about. I told the manager why are you gonna charge to literally tighten one bolt. Then proceeded to argue with my husband more and say "my mechanics don't work for free" I'm paying for an alignment so your not working for free. He then states to my husband "so you do stuff for free" my husband says yes if it's just tightening a bolt or something small no need to charge.He gave my husband the most ugliest look and pretty much mumbled that my husband is stupid. After arguing more the manager talks to the mechanic and he said ok no extra charge to tighten bolt. But the manager says he has over 40 years of experience. Well in my opinion if you have over 40 years of experience then you should know more common courtesy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They rip you off and then argue with you about it. They treat everyone like they don't know what they are talking about. Even mechanics. Worst place ever. Do not bring your car here!

Took my car in to have front end alignment done after have the whole front end replaced didn't have the car 30 minutes and was told the ball joint was loose with no Carter pin in the crown but then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take a half hour to fix had a shop do the work but they couldn't align it the service people are rude and arrogant.so they have lost me as a customer and anyone that asks me for a referral
