“Long story short I needed a new battery and a battery installment. when I call the store in the morning December 17th I was told they cannot do battery installment on my type of car which is a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. I didn't want to go to a mechanic shop and waste 300 or $400 just for them to put in a new battery. I went drove to O'Reilly's that night and I asked them to double my car out and to see if they can replace my battery. the first guy said no but then Steve came in and saved the night.
