Went in for a watch battery replacement. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, and finished the replacement quickly. Another staff member made sure I had been helped already, which I appreciated greatly. Great, stress-free experience!

I'm not one to get upset with companies or to post negative reviews, but I don't like being lied to. I had bought a car battery that died 6 months later. Jumping did not fix it, so I took it to an independent mechanic, who replaced the battery. I saved the old one because it was still under warranty at Batteries Plus. I took the battery in for a full refund, and the man at the counter tried telling me that the battery was perfectly fine, saying, "I'm not going to give a refund for a perfectly good battery." He even tried saying that my mechanic pulled a fast one on me. After that, I called the mechanic, who told me the numbers of what the battery life was when they tested it. I went back inside Batteries Plus and told the same man those numbers, and he immediately said, "Okay, I will get that refund for you." Thankfully I got the refund, but he obviously showed no remorse for lying to my face a few seconds prior. I will not go back there and do not recommend anyone to go there if they want trustworthy service.

I was in the store today because my car key fobs were not working. I was greeted very pleasantly when i entered the store. The technician immediately knew what I needed and replaced the batteries in the fobs within a matter of minutes. He explained that if I had any further issues I should bring them back and he would take care of it. The other technician was dealing with a little bit of a difficult customer. And I really appreciated his kind response to this person. He just expressed how unfortunate it was that she was upset and immediately set about doing what he could to help her. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Best customer service experience i've had in a long time. I will definitely return for any other battery needs.

I visited yesterday to get the charging port on my phone checked out as no chords were charging it. When we walked in, there was another customer in there being very rude to the workers and trying to return an item they didn’t sell. I don't know how long he was in there before we entered, but I can imagine a while due to his level of frustration. I was impressed with how level-headed and pleasant the employees remained as they sorted things out with him! Once he left they apologized for his behavior and were very helpful and pleasant with us and taking care of my tech. If I have any more tech problems, I will definitely come back here! A very nice, clean store and kind employees.

Bought a battery about a month ago, went back to buy another one but was sold the wrong one. Went back again with the actual battery that I had originally purchased a month prior and was told 'we don't sell that here'! I informed the employee that I purchased it here and his reply was 'how do I know that'! Basically felt like he was calling me a liar and when I took offense to that I was told I could just leave. Tried to tell the him the first battery came on a card not in a little blister pack but he acted like he could care less. So after dealing with what had to be the two most incompetent and rudest retail employees I've ever experienced and getting my money back I went to the batteriesplus website and in less than two minutes found the battery that doesn't exist on a card just like the last one I purchased...needless to say I'll shop batteriesplus ever again...

Things never seem to break at the right time, but let me tell you Tim at batteries plus was right on time with great customer service, instalation of my car battery and some solid advice it's employees like this that win customers for life for.

While programming my key fob, my cup holder was damaged. The manager had no interest in correcting the issue. He didn't respond to my email regarding an estimate to fix the damage. Programming the fob itself took two hours. They'd ordered the wrong fob to begin with. The service was terrible and I'd certainly expect more from management but unfortunately he didn't care at all. He actually treated me like I was lying about the damage even after I sent pictures. He said that he was the person who worked on the car when I literally watched another employee struggle with it for approximately two hours. The lying was totally unprofessional. He didn't think it was possible for his staff to have made any mistakes. I wasn't upset at first but his lack of care and lies irritated me to say the least!
