This bookstore visit has been a life changer. My husband and I stopped and when he couldn't find the magazines he liked, they do have a smaller selection, but I was happy with them, he went to the books. He found several he got and as a result started following the advice of the author. I have lost over 10 pounds because of the books my husband found at this bookstore! The employees are helpful, cheerful and just wonderful. From the smiles and hellos we got from coming through the door to the help finding items in their store...first rate!

Pretty large bookstore for being in the mall. Lots of interesting gifts, cards, and toys displayed. Good to see so many magazines and picked up a few I'd never heard of while there.

They may have moved & downsized from their original location but that shouldn't stop you from going to the new store. Still a great selection and still a great staff with fantastic service.

This store may be smaller than when it was in its previous location but its worth visiting. They still get the latest releases and the friendly staff help find what your looking for.

No computer magazines, only books for dummies in the computer section, and no sci-fi section to speak of. A waste of space, close it down. Go to the one in Glenbrook Mall.

My daughter wanted a little squishy ball they had in there for Christmas. I went to buy when I didn't have her with me and there wasn't any left on the shelf. Two of the employees went on a search find one in the back. They weren't able to do I looked around and was getting ready to leave. Staff was very helpful. I just wish they'd extend their romance section. I did manage to find my new favorite series here though.

The store is much smaller than the last location, but thankfully we have a real brick and mortar store. I saw an online ad for a book I was interested in, but wanted to support physical stores so I went to B&N as I knew they would have it. I was greeter as I entered and was assisted my entire visit. The associate was very friendly, helpful and we discussed several other books and authors. I purchased the book I was looking for and two "banned" books I hadn't originally planned on. I think it's very important to support physical stores and even chains support the local economy. Plus, if some people don't want me to read something, than I think it's likely something I need to know about to make up my own mind on the topic.

Employees were very nice and happy to help. I just cannot buy anything here, because every single book I find is always less expensive on Amazon. Even new books, hardbacks and paperback. I cannot justify purchasing books here. I pick out a book and order it on Amazon while standing there in the store, delivered the next day. B&N has discounts, but it still does not compare to the price on Amazon. I will come here for inspiration, but I will most likely not purchase from the store.

Love the look of the new store, if your looking for coffee there are 2 Starbucks in the shopping center, I'll bet they would let you bring your drink and have a seat. As for the news stand, they sell the bestsellers, and if they don't have something you want ask they just might be able get some copies in. I stream movies and music so I don't really miss that department. The book selection looks nice, I've never left there without picking up a few books. I hope they do well, tell your friends about them.

The bookstore is great! Every time I go to the mall, I ALWAYS go to BN and browse and buy. Having said that...they men's room is disgusting. The last 4 or 5 times I've been there (over the course of 6 months most likely) the rest room has been very gross. The smell is insane, yes I know it happens, but the floor is sticky. The smell is thick and palatable. I know stuff smells etc, but it should not be this bad every single time I go in there! I always use the rest room and it's gotten the point I know it's going to be awful before I go in. IDK if they aren't cleaning it at all, but it's really pathetic that the main mall rest rooms with tons and tons of people going in and out are better than the one located inside the store. It seems like no one cleans them at all.
