People of color really need to STAY OUT of that place. Do yourself a favor and visit ANY of the other pawn shops in town. You will be treated better and you will get your money's worth. Stay away from this place!!! JUST SAW YOUR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. NICE TRY WITH TRYING TO FLIP THE SCRIP AND MAKING THIS ABOUT A TRANSACTION OR THE LACK OF. MY REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH Any ITEMS. IT WAS BASED ON THE racist undertone that your three salesmen's had whenever they are in the presence of a minority. I couldn't help but to hear the three workers talk about how other establishments in Fort Wayne Indiana are so nasty that you are subject to catch hepatitis in them as they were speaking this to a Spanish young man who was wiping down their glass casings. now like I said I was listening to the undertone okay. We all know what that undertone means as they stand there with their chest poked out like they doing Society of favor . come on you working in pawn shop. How much college education did it take to get that job or was it just handed to you. You need to get off your high horses and again nice try on trying to flip this and make it about items when it's all about attitude Behavior respect.. Cut it out . You're not fooling anyone not what your behavior nor your response to my reviews. You are trash!!!!

I've purchased quite a few different types of items from B & B. I like that they have a layaway option. I've gotten musical equipment, tools, a bike. I've never been disappointed. One piece of musical equipment had an issue that wasn't noticeable until I got it home and was cleaning and prepping it, and B & B took it back and I was able to keep the money on my account and use it for anything else.The tools have been used many times and no issues with them.The bike was a pleasant surprise. I put it in layaway and they were 100% up front about a part that would need replaced. I was totally prepared to replace it myself. I was buying it for someone else and they were supposed to make the last payment and pick up. Well, B & B ended up replacing the part and didn't ask for any more money. I thought that was great service.Whenever I'm interested in buying something, I always check to see if B & B has what I needed before going elsewhere.

So I found a hidden little gem at B&B that I've been looking for I contacted the shop I made a small deposit I then made the drive from Detroit to Fort Wayne Indiana wow Blown Away first class establishment I was greeted immediately by Desmond and handled my business I will definitely be back you could definitely spend some time in this fine establishment very friendly and professionalThank you, Danny cordovado ✌?✌?

The lady behind the desk was pretty rude, went in for a PS4 only had 2 I asked if they had more and the lady couldn’t seem to wonder why I’d even ask. But the price was 150. For a PS4 in 2023. I ask to hear it run first and she said I had 30 days to bring it back for a store exchange but the other PS4 was 250. I asked if I could get the PS4 for 120 instead and she said SCOFF NO! I refuse to pay 150 for a regular PS4. I decided not to buy but On my way Out I was a pretty neat guitar and I hear the people behind the counter chirping about how those are “too expensive “ for me. While the guitar was also overpriced.

Nothing but warm welcomes. Walk into the B on a rainy day, I’m certain they’ll make your day sunny. Best deals in Fort Wayne. I don’t even think about going to any other pawn shops. Almost everyday they’re something new. Did I mention that the staff there is AWESOME?!

You never know what you're going to find, pricing is fair the people are good. John has been there.. and many of the people have for years. This is a wonderful place to shop, or if times are hard to get a tiny bit of help if you need it. Very recommended.

This used to be a good place to get a great deal. Now they tend to be overpriced. Before you buy Here make sure you check eBay for a lot better deals or even Amazon for the same product new since they don't tend to be much less than new prices.

Came in looking around ( not from the area at all). Found a sub I needed for my car build. They even tested it before I bought. Told my brother about it and their inventory. Came in and spent well over $700 they were nice. Courteous. Friendly. Clean. My family even bought me a unique amazing ukelele. I would highly recommend. The only thing that sucks Is parking only cause I'm not use to the parking down there. They're darn good! Would recommend and now drive 55 mins to come to their for anything.

I’m a frequent pawnshop shopper (self titled) and whatever you’re looking for the knowledgeable staff will help you or guide you in the right direction. The staff are very friendly and will great you immediately, if your a frequent visitor, they will greet you by name. If you’re looking for specifics, notify one of the sales staff, and they will keep you in mind if something comes in. Layaway, 24 hour holds, make a purchase or to just browse B and B loans is the best pawnshop in Fort Wayne hands down. When you go in there, just tell them Trent sent you!
