I come here more often than I should have to (crap car), and I've dealt with many different employees, but they are always wonderful. They offer many free services, many parts have warranties, and they are always there to help.

Beneficial for the company to make sure staff members are knowledgeable about multiple makes and models beyond current model years. New employees need to do more than just operate the register. New associates should be heavily encouraged to gain hands-on experience working on current and old pre-2013 model years.
