“What an awesome experience. I always dread that my truck might break down. Yesterday I got in the truck and it wouldn't start. After reading some reviews we decided to call R&L. They were able to get us in and serviced today. There were efficient and didn't try to run up our bill. I even called back and asked them to do an oil change before we picked it up. They were happy to do it and even called an hour and a half earlier than they quoted. We were so happy, we dropped off our other vehicle for an oil change and service check. Thrilled that we found this place and will definitely return for all our future repair needs.”

Appointment are mostly recorded so to booked out 2 weeks on average. Travis is the guy, but there all great. Worked on my suzuki, Dodge 2nd generation truck, 80 square body Chevy truck, 95 Cadillac

“I would like to recommend Rich's Auto Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana
On Friday my transmission failed on the way back to Canada. By sheer luck we ended up at Rich's Auto Center. Both Nick & Will treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy. While we figured out the course we wanted too take Nick & Will were totally supportive. In the end we ended up having Rich's Auto Center replace our transmission and do a few other repairs. With their full schedule I do know how they did it but by end of day Tuesday we had our vehicle back and in full working condition. I cannot say enough good things about Nick & Will”

“I scheduled an appointment with and took my car in for service at Best Deals Service Center Fort Wayne, I felt my car just was not accelerating like it should. Matt was so helpful and accommodating since I would be waiting. The waiting lounge was cozy and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee as I waited. There was free WiFi and I was able to get some tasks completed on my laptop as well. Matt returned and it appeared to be a very simple fix. I was provided a quote which was very reasonable. My vehicle was fixed in no time and I was back home before long. I was able to get so much done and I expected the worst, to be in a service center the entire day. Suspected a faulty alternator and they called early Monday to confirm the issue and give a repair quote, was fixed by early afternoon. “Any time I need a used auto part, this is the place I always turn to.I've gotten several used parts here .I highly highly recommend economy auto parts.I'm always greeted with a very friendly hello ,how are you doing today. I tell them the part I need they look into the computer screen and can tell you immediately how many they have and the price.Some parts are already off and readily availableAnd some parts need to be taken off as you wait .There is another auto recycler just over the Michigan line past Kindredhook. I've been there also several times buying parts .Economy auto parts blows them away in every category, especially friendliness & reliability............Economy auto recycling gets an A +++AND 2 THUMBS UP....I now need to buy an extra couple of rear springs for my truck. “I ordered a drive shaft from these guys and it came in very fast, when I went to put it on it did not fit. I called Monday morning the following week and talked to one of their employees (Mr. Scott). He was very professional, and seemed like he really cared. Which is very hard to find these days. He also found out the problem I had and helped me find the correct part. Because of him I highly recommend these guys. I look forward to doing more business in the future with them.”

“The requested service was replacing rusted out rear leaf spring shackles and hangar brackets in a mid 2000s Ford truck. Over the phone, they provided two quotes, one with me providing the replacement parts and one with them providing the replacement parts. We set up an appointment, IIRC about 3 weeks from the date of the call, with me providing the parts. They completed the repairs the same day of the appointment. Upon picking up the truck, the price was what they quoted. The cost of the service was quite reasonable, compared to 2 other quotes from repair shops. They were recommended by George's Repair Shop who said they they could do the job but thought FWSS would be a better fit for this repair, especially regarding costs (which George's quote I found reasonable). So a thank you to George's for the referral and thank you to FWSS for doing what they said they'd do, just good business.It was nice to deal with Fort Wayne Spring Service. They were very friendly, and did everything they said they'd do, no hassles, no surprises, etc. I will definitely do business with them again if the opportunity arises.”
