Would give 4 stars, however it is really hard to get ahold of anyone or receive timely call backs. Their scheduling process is quite cumbersome and it takes some time to get in which may be a good.or bad thing. Would be better if they sent appointment reminders if they aren't able to get.you n right away.

I got my first long hair breed from the shelter last February and had to start seeing a groomer. I first went to Petsmart and was charged $108 for basically nothing. The second time I took him I had to shave around his butt since they didn't do anything, but, sure charged me the full price. My dog is a rescue and he was 1 1/2 when we got him and had been through some trauma obviously in his life. But, he has a lot of love and he is worth it. We joke that he is like Samson and he doesn't like his hair to be messed with. Courtney at Angie's did a great job with him and did an excellent job with his cut. She was understanding, caring and listened to my concerns. I will never trust my dog to anyone else as long as I have him. Thank you Courtney!!!

This place is a heaven sent, ive brought a couple dogs in, one named red and one named katy, theyre both mini aussiedoodles and had some crazy fur when they went in. Katys fur was unfortunately matted because shes my grandmas dog and she had broken her foot so she wasnt home enough to brush it out like she usually would. But these awesome groomers made katy look so so much better, and now katy will be going there to keep up on her wild fur. Reds grooming was amazing as well, red is my dog and I asked for a mullet and a small fluff at the end of his tail to be a lil silly when he went in And he came out exactly like I asked!! And neither of the dogs seemed super stressed or anything afterwards they looked almost more relaxed!! My other dog pickle will be going there soon and getting a mohawk when she can be away from her puppies! Love this place man, best groomer I’ve been to . Oh yeah reasonable pricing aswell:) thank you guys so much for doing such a good job❤️❤️❤️ Im posting the pictures of before and after katys groom (the black dog) and reds grooming(the tan dog)

Phenomenal! My dog is a senior I adopted less than a year ago, who had been neglected for possibly his entire life. He is a go slow dog, and he hates his legs/feet being touched. I explained in full detail my dog's issues when I called, and time was taken to answer all my questions. Upon arrival, the groomer took time to meet him, and sit on floor with him to try and make him comfortable. She gave him time to get comfortable in the shop before starting his bath. She took her time to make sure he could be safely groomed. That is the big difference between a small privately owned groom shop and a corporate owned or large groom shop. The other groomer in the shop was also super helpful and kind! They were all very friendly and welcoming! Can tell they enjoy what they do and have a passion for animals! As a lifelong dog owner it never crossed my mind my dog could think his feet hurt as a result of his prior neglect before I found him. Even though he can be a scardy cat and jerk with his feet, he was made to feel special! When I picked him up he wanted to stay and get more snacks from the groomers! Fantastic place, fantastic people!

My dog shook for days after her last two groomings. I told them after the first time it happened but it happened again. I found another groomer and it has never happened again.

They do a really a good job. My dog hates the groomer and can get feisty. But they know how to handle him. A little pricey, but most groomers are these days.
