Worker tells me to go into the break room to ask for a quote and the guy says well I’m eating lunch. I said okay no problem and walked out of the break room. poor communication. promised me he was going order parts and he never did so my insurance is upset that i’ve been using a rental car and not providing information because i was waiting for him to call me back. never did. poor communication, completely unprofessional. i would never use this guy ever.
