Delaney Shimkus has provided customer service, with respect and integrity during any issue I've experienced thus far in seven years.May her presence in this corporation be valued and appreciated. She is one of the last of few, great bankers left at Three Rivers. She upholds company policies and standards without degrading members in the processes of correcting (corrupt) policies within the banking systems.May God continue to guide her heart to serve members with compassion and appreciation, and elevate her in alignment with her natural calling in this lifetime. ?? ?

We have lived in The Harrisons for the last two years and really love everything about it. The property manager, Michelle, is outstanding. She is very helpful and responds quickly to any issue we need help with. The maintenance man, Rob, is always available to help and is out there everyday. Kathy at the BND office, is so kind, helpful and friendly too. The lease on our place is very reasonable and each unit is built well, with keeping the noise of the ballpark out. Rob also is always cleaning the grounds and making sure the building is in ship shape. We have a ballpark view, which is awesome year round. We can watch games, concerts, fireworks, and events from the comfort of our balcony. The building is secured by gates underground for parking and key fobs for the elevator. It gives you that added feeling of security. We walk all over downtown, which has really come alive the last few years. The only thing we need now, is a grocery store Downtown. I highly recommend living at the Harrison, you will really enjoy the experience.

If I could leave negative stars I would, this bank is trash! The worst bank I've ever been at in my entire life. I've been with this bank for 10 years and my card is constantly getting hacked. The first 8 numbers are the exact same on wvery single card they print off. Already the last 4 of your card is what is seen in transactions. So people only need the 3rd 4 numbers to steal your card info. They make it too easy! They don't refund the money that is stolen. They took money out of my account, because of a transaction with my wife an she sent the money back to me. That amount of money is what 3 rivers bank STOLE and charged me an over draft fee on top of everything else. An They wouldn't give it back. They blamed it on the app. That is THEFT. Shady and terrible bank. Absolutely useless. Practically a scam.

Harrison is a well placed corner spot for ATM cash and banking needs in the heart of downtown. As a Tincaps game frequenter (and sadly taco bell frequenter) I love the access to my accounts when I'm downtown. Great staff and management!

I contacted the branch to ask some questions I had about opening a business account and was placed on hold. After the employee returned to the phone she recommended I go to their website and look on there for information. Why have a phone if you are not going to discuss details with potential clients? Im glad it happened though because I would've hated to open an account with a company that isn't available to do their job for their clients.

3 River's Credit Union has a policy which they will not provide you (the customer) loan amount balance or 5 to 10 day pay-off over the phone (not even a manager) following their security screening! Why not?!!! But instead they will send you an additional Personal Loan applications for you to borrow more $$$. Never again.

Great Staff! Almost always slow, so you get right in. I wouldn't use the downtown office for walk-in account setup, etc since they don't have lots of staff...But to stop in and make deposits, etc it's the place to go!

Until they can figure out how to swap their online web payments from merging with another bank (West End) I will rate them better. They have been merged for a month now and I live too far away for this to be a solution. Hopefully they can improve their online user's abilities in another month.

The branch manager, Mirza, always listens to my goals, makes knowledgable suggestions, & puts me in touch with the right people who can help make my goals a reality. Mirza is a great asset to 3 Rivers FCU. I trust him with my money, and I look forward to working on future financial opportunities together.

Mirza has been amazing! Over the last 3 years or so he has helped me with every financial hurdle I have come across! When I first met him I was contemplating bankruptcy as I felt that was my last option. My credit score at that time was 530's. So we started small, applied for a small consolidation loan with the hopes of getting my credit score higher so I could get better rates on all my current loans. Sure enough about a year later I was able to refinance my car and my consolidation loan to a really low rate. He helped me build a savings account which gave me so much peace of mind. Now my credit score is 750, my car loan is a 0% interest rate and I have one consolidation loan with a really low rate as well. I finally have control over my finances! And totally done with Credit cards. My daughters braces are paid off and I am slowly paying off the rest of my debt! Without Mirza I would have filed bankruptcy years ago and who knows what my financial status would look like now. I am so thankful a friend recommended him to me, and I have since passed his name along to several of my friends, family members and coworkers. I have never had a bad experience with 3 Rivers FCU and so happy I bank with them!!
