The parking garage located in this building can be accessed through the back doors and elevator ONLY until 10 pm. Then you have to walk UP the garage ramps to get to your vehicle. Just a warning in case you have elderly persons, someone with walking issues or a wheel chair that the ramps aren’t easy to navigate- especially late at night in the dark. Also, a safety concern if you are by yourself.

This branch can literally never answer my questions. They have extremely inconvenient parking. Every single staff member I've delt with seems annoyed having to help me with anything, even simple things like cashing a check. I went to get change counted and changed to bills and they don't have a coin counting machine?? I had a serious problem with my account involving hundreds of dollars one time and they basically told me they didn't know what to do. I went to the branch on 14 and they solved my issue in less that 5 minutes with a smile on their face.

I've been with 1st Source for quite a few years now. We run 3 businesses through them and I recently added a personal account. It's the first bank that I prefer to park the car and go in rather than speed through the drive-thru because I enjoy my interactions with them. Kind, hospitable, knowledgeable, fast.
