This bank is terrible. I ordered my debit card weeks ago and they failed to communicate any issues that was occurring. I haven’t had a way to pay for anything for a month and they clearly are terrible at holding themselves accountable. I literally can’t pay my bills because of this situation they caused. They need to do better at their job because this is ridiculous. Terrible customer support.

Wow I have never been treated with such respect from a banking institution. I'm not rich but I feel Amanda has treated me just as well as someone who is. If you aren't treated this well by your bank I highly recommend you switch. Whether you make $250 a week or $250k anually you deserve the respect this bank provides. The fraud department is on point to protect your money period.

I came to get change for a 100.00 bill. Wanted 10’s and 5’s. I gave my account number. Was asked why I wanted change. Who it was for. Then I was asked for my driver’s license. I would never recommend going to this location. They definitely don’t need to know why I need change for a hundred. That is my business no one else’s.

I know the hours are normal for a bank, but they are still very inconvenient. It would be much nicer to have evening hours at least one day of the week. Also, the drive up ATM only works sometimes; other times you may have to run across the street to use the other bank's ATM and cough up the fees. If you do manage to get there during hours, the staff is very friendly and professional.
