“Before the ONB merger I was having problems accesses my online banking. After a 3 hour wait on hold I gave up and contacted Princeton ONB. Katie at ONB walked me through the process and waved her magic wand on her end and my online banking problem was fixed in less than 10 mins. Thank you so much Katie, and to everyone at Princeton Old National Bank, I am so pleased with the customer servise.”

“Our branch closed in my hometown and I was hesitant with this branch at first. I thought we would switch banks but the office staff are incredibly helpful. I had one woman go out of her way to research a problem and find an answer for me. She called me back within an hour of leaving the branch. Today, Marcus was incredibly helpful and polite and kind. While the bank couldn't help me, he himself offered tips and solutions to my problem. He didn't act like he was above me or that I was a nobody which I really appreciate.”

“Open longer hours than most banks, making it easier to go before or after work. They are currently open six days a week. It was all seven days prior to covid.Although, I do not live in Princeton I find it more covenient to use Woodforest Bank since they are located in Walmart, and go to Walmart every few weeks to do my grocery shopping. Also, it seems like most towns with a population of 4000+ people usually have a Walmart, so it's sometimes easier to find a Woodforest ATM, then it is to find one affiliated with a local bank when you travel.”

“I left my bank and came to spring valley bank & trust. If you own a business or need a great personal bank this is the place.Personal banking here is amazing walk in and its like talking to people you've known your whole life. If you have an issue. Ive never had a business banker treat me like a freind. Rob Apple is one of the best. He has called to see how things are going. You cant beat that!”
