“Took wife's 2014 explorer in for alignment dropped it off early 11am said couldn't get to it till 2pm end up getting a call about 1.5hr later saying it was done, alignment is perfect now and riding great, customer service is excellent and would highly recommend.”

“Stopped in today to use the air hose to inflate my cub cadet mower tire.
While fumbling with the air hose out front, the owner Doug came out. We chatted a bit and he helped me with inflating the tire and showed me a tip on how to fill the tire so air won't escape.

“I had a fantastic experience at Kaiser Tire Pros. My truck had a screw in one of the tires, and after visiting two other tire shops, both told me it couldn’t be fixed without even taking the tire off the rim. However, the team at Kaiser not only fixed the tire but also took the time to explain that it’s almost impossible to know if a nail can be fixed unless you remove the tire and inspect it from the inside. They provided great service and got me back on the road without trying to upsell me on a new tire unnecessarily. When I do need new tires, I will definitely be back.”

“Got a run around on prices. After dropping 1,500$ I've got the exact same issue I had before I took it in. I hear because they didn't have the right tool. Now it's another 1,200$. It was your tech that told me that you all didn't have the right tool to fix the lower control arms. so I'm guessing that you all let it go and hoped that the work that was done would solve the issue. I owe you an apology. I've had some health issues and got in a bad situation. At the time I didn't understand what you all were trying to tell me. Maybe we could do something to get past all this. “This would have been 5-Stars but they use an off-shore call center to schedule appointments. Call quality was horrible, lots of "dead air" to the point that I thought the call had dropped. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and it ended with me being unsure if I had scheduled anything.
The staff at the physical location were fantastic!!! Professional, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.”
