A response is always appreciated. The bottom line is that there'd been no excuse to be so rude towards me and what you wrote could easily have been relayed on the phone when I'd called to schedule the repair. (If you have no reception/waiting area, then I question why there were several chairs, a table and tv in the space along with another customer waiting at the time of my visit.) As far as my expectations, as a customer, I should be treated with common courtesy.

My car quit on me twice and ended up having to replace the fuel module and the fuel pump. They ran all the necessary diagnostic test to determine the problem each time and explained to me what was happening and what they were doing to fix it. Joe and all his mechanics are great!! They have taken care of all my mechanical needs through the years on the few vehicles I have had. I took my 2011 Maxima ( I had it towed) for repair. Smoke from under the hood. I expected major repair was needed. Much to my surprise he found a wire that was loose and shorted out. He repaired it and charged only labor. He could have added parts to increase the bill but honest people don’t do that. He will be my repair man for all our vehicles.Service: Engine repair
