Zero Stars should be an option! Because that's what I would give save a step at Highlander point after dealing with the unbelievably rude older gentlemen. After acting the way he did to us there's no question he knew he shorted us our money we were owed for winning on a scratch off. When we told him he immediately acted insane and told us get out& that we were banned!The young lady working with him said she couldn't do anything, but she could've! It's really easy to do the right thing. He refused to give us info to contact his boss at first& then the number he gave is sure didn't seem real. If it was the general manager, than they are no stars as well! Got no response back about our voicemails we left for her,explaining what her employee did& how he acted., nothing! So it boils down to them being thieves &if they are not thieves intentionally stealing from young customers, then why were they so rude& unwilling to count their till to see if it was over? Instead they ban us from the store& threaten to call the cops? As if the gas stations are not already robbing us at the pump.

We tend to stop here on our way out towards Huber’s area! We always have polite employees, they have a descent selection, and we always get a fresh crisp fountain drink!

We've came almost every Friday since we found out they're suppose to have fresh fish and they never have any out. They always say they forgot or that they ran out.. Also bring back Mike from 3rd shift!? He was the only reason we came here so much before yall hired all these new folks.

Went to purchase a fountain drink, buy it go outside and take a drink. It tastes like water. Go back inside to let them know in case they didn't realize something was wrong with the machine. Both tellers say that it's out of syrup....so instead of putting up a sign or telling us when we bought the drink they decided to just let me buy it and not say anything.

This is the gas station next to my house and I go all the time and have never had a bad experience, twice one of the employees made my day there are so nice

I travel with my job. THE LAST FEW TIMES I'VE BEEN THAT WAY I STOP THERE. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. I GET ME SOMETHING TO EAT IT ALWAYS FRESH

Friendly staff. The food they have at the concession stand is great. They also sell pizza, Hunts brothers pizza, you can call ahead and order it or drop in and wait. It is delicious, and well priced.

They have an employee who parks in the one and only handicap spot. That spot is for handicap customers. The employees are always standing out front smoking , not only does a handicap customer not get to park in handicap spot, they also have to walk or wheel through a cloud of smoke. What an embarrassment to the Knobs! I thought there is a law that says you are not to smoke within 10 feet of the door?
