I bought meat from here and it was rancid even though the sell by date had not passed. this is not the first time it has happened. When I asked for a refund they said I had to bring the rancid meat to the store. Um, no. Im not driving around with bad meat in my car, and making extra trips because they are selling bad meat. so although their policy is "100% fresh guarantee, no questions asked" that is a 100% lie. DO NOT BUY PORK, CHICKEN, OR BEEF FROM THIS STORE, IT IS BAD AND THEY PUT WRONG SELL BY DATES ON IT AND THEN WONT HONOR THEIR FRESH GUARANTEES

Went to Urgent Care Highlander Point this morning and they prescribed two prescriptions for me. I had them call them into Jaycee's for which I have used for years. After getting a message my medication was ready, drove up to drive thru and a sign was on the window stating it was not working would have to come inside. Not feeling well I dragged myself inside and there were five people ahead of me. I get to the clerk at last and gave her my information and stated there are two prescriptions. She nodded her head but did not verify there was two in the bag. I get home there is only one. Call them back, the other is not in stock and would have to be back ordered. I told her no I need it now. So had to call Urgent Care back and get them to call it into another pharmacy. Not a good experience.

Their automated systems for the pharmacy is ridiculous. You can’t get through it to speak to the pharmacy and it will just go round and round in circles.

I'm kind of disappointed they removed the shopping baskets. As a wheelchair user those were my only way to buy more than a few things at a time in store

First, This used to be my grocery store. Always came to Jay C. But not anymore. They no longer carry most of the items I buy, or they are always out of the items they do carry. Second, some of their "sales" are not really sales. They markup the retail price to double what they normally would sell it to a Jay C member, then run a bogo sale. Or run drinks 2 for 5 which is same as retail. Sad thing is, a lot of shoppers do not do the math so Kroger/Jay C takes advantage of it. I miss my old home town Jay C.

I just got out of the store Jay’C food store. I just have to say Judy the cashier was perfect thank you Judy. Wesley, the bagger, the best bagger ever! I believe that other baggers need to work like Wesley does. thank you Judy and Wesley. !
