It’s hit or miss here. Certain women don’t listen to the instructions on the computer and my hair turns out not right. Some women read my preferences and nail it. Prices have gone up, too.

My styles was so distracted by another employee. She didn't finish one side of my hair. Both sides of my hair look different. I asked her to cut 2 inches she cut 4 inches. ?

Please avoid this place. After a failed attempt at a trim, the stylist left my 17 year old son with barely any hair left on his head. He’s not big on faded hair and enjoys the style most teens do with the longer bangs and hair. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened, each time a different stylist, hoping the first was someone inexperienced. It’s hard enough being in high school, let alone having a bad hair cut to go along with it. They did offer to fix it, but you cannot put the hair back on his head.

My son and Girlfriend go here too get their hair cuts. However, I will only let one person touch their heads. That person's name is Rachel. (We kind of follow where ever she works at, so guaranteed their hair is done right) She is fantastic at what she does, and has high levels of customer service skill. We've been going too her for awhile now. Needless too say, we never leave unhappy or negatively at all. High recommended.

I called and ask how busy are you?"Not at all, only one person is here ahead of you" I live 4 minutes away and was quickly "checked in". When my turn came, another guy came in and it was "oh sorry, he was ahead of you but you will be next" then when my turn came 3 other ladies had just walked in and it was "oh sorry, they were a head of you but you will be next" but when she showed be the screen I was actually #12.and it was going to a long wait.Guess she saw no problem with me sitting there for another 1 1/2 hours.Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time by telling me I'm next, 3 different times.I won't be back. I'd rather pay more andbe treated honestly.
