Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?”
