Friendly people but wasn't told ahead of time you stay in your car and they take your pet. The drive was horrible and the driveway was treacherous. No way you could get there in the winter months.

Dr. Pepin and her team are wonderful. I was so worried to bring my little 4 pound yorkie, Hazel to get her spayed but the nurse and the vet made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby. I highly recommend Dr. Pepin and the team! The whole process was has been better than I could've ever expected.

We have used Crosscreek for years. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth the care. We won't go anywhere else for animal care, maybe under an emergency situation after hours. But they are our 1st choice.

A family member recommended Dr Peppin. She warned me about the driveway and parking but told me it would be worth it. Dr Peppin came to my car, we had a brief conversation about my pet, who has been quite ill, and I was nervous about switching vets. I was unhappy with his previous care and felt we had been taken advantage of, and our pet had not received adequate treatment. I believe Dr Peppin will provide the best care for him. I was pleasantly surprised that my dog was so happy and didn't seem to be stressed at all. We are currently waiting to hear back from the office about our pets blood work and the next step in his wellness routine.Rev. L. CallahanUPDATE- Dr.Peppin called to discuss our pet's treatment and blood results. I'm grateful she took the time to call personally. It's a bonus they'll mail the scripts as we are an hour from the office.

Praise God for Dr Pepin and her staff. Our 3 year old dog had to have emergency surgery on Tuesday. Our baby is still alive and home today, because of her. They are very thorough and truly care about your pets. We will never consider going anywhere else. I can’t say enough how blessed we feel to have her taking care of our dogs.

Dr Pepin is the best! She takes her time while speaking with you especially about being a responsible pet owner. Her knowledge and expertise is unmatched. She truly cares about your fur babies health and only wants the best for them. Her staff is always friendly and I love the fact that they come out to your vehicle to see your pet. If she needs to do anything like shots, grooming, testing, etc they will take your pet inside and you wait in your car. It's so convenient and less stressful for you and your fur baby. I know vet visits can be traumatic for some pets and I've had nothing but great experiences. The prices for her care are very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr Pepin for all your animal's needs and care.
