I have had the best experience at Cross Hairs with Kendra! I previously had NBR extensions a few years ago and wanted something similar, she does an amazing job at an even better price all while keeping my wants and needs in mind! Couldn’t be happier with my hair!

My sister got her hair done by Kendra on Wednesday, it was HORRIBLE. The salon never answers their phone which is so unprofessional. The manager is extremely rude and so is Kendra. By the way, they dont offer refunds so if they mess up your hair you're screwed. Dont trust this place to do your hair. horrible.

Went for a haircut about 3 weeks ago. This was my first haircut in months due to covid and moving to Indiana. Gave Haley a picture to cut it like but my cut was nothing like the picture. She shaved the back of my hair almost to the top. I didn"t say anything when I left but was so dissapointed. After I got home and really looked at it, I was in tears. It really still looks awful after 3 weeks. She is very sweet and maybe she just didn't realize it was cut so high until she was in over her head.
