The door says store is open 9am - 5pm, however, Google says store is open 9am - 4pm. I found the store closed at 3pm. If you dropping off oil for recycling, it is hit or miss.

Rented a Uhaul from this facility for 9am pickup. Waited till almost 10am for no one to arrive. 1 star isn’t low enough. I wouldn’t use the restroom in this facility. Someone needs to close this place down. Don’t rent from them

Went to pick up a scheduled U-Haul truck, open sign on and car parked in front but the door is locked and no one is answering the phone. Highly recommended you don't waste your time with this place!!

Incredibly rude person. I came to B & C to recycle some oil filters, used oil and antifreeze. He was irritable when I asked which unlabeled container was for each of my recyclables and then expected me to clean up a small dribbling of oil that had accidentally leaked from one of my bags of oil filters onto his cement floor. Unbelievable!

always have what i need when i need it or will order it for me- helpful installing parts or making sure I get the right one- nice family feel- definitely a landmark of Floyds Knobs
