Who is in charge of the auto center? In 2 years I’ve never once gotten anyone to answer the phone at this location. 2021 went in to redeem my tire warranty I’d bought for a previous repair. Said I wasn’t in the system they didn’t have that in their history. Cool purchase a new tire full price with warranty. Call Keystone location KEPT THE RECEIPT this time. The system says I’ve already used my warranty (on the same date I went in and had to purchase it) can’t be right since the receipt says otherwise. Keystone tells me I have to go to Fishers to figure it out. Go to fishers after calling all day…2 men working under one car 4 people in line no one was acknowledged. It shouldn’t take 9 hours just to figure out which tire is under warranty…and why are the systems not all the same for the company. Driving to 2 separate locations because THIS LOCATION is shady and not documenting my history correctly. Thank god I have a receipt this time. This location sucked in 2021 and apparently hasn’t changed

Maybe the messiest WalMart I've ever been in.. it was like being in a Dollar Store. Picked up a really basic item and price didn't match tag at register. Pretty meh.

terrible auto dept the way it’s managed. Went two times during auto dept hours and found it closed due to shortage of staff. One time they didn’t even have closed sign rather open sign.
There is no one to answer auto dept phone. It keeps ringing.
